Bait and switch! Made an appointment to see a particular car. Was told it would be ready by appt time. Car was not ready and staff did not tell us and tried to sell us older vehicles with more miles at the same price. Go somewhere else.

Purchased a new Ridgeline last week. Jerry, the sales manager, who was on the sales floor and not hidden away in an office was very informed. He didn't try to trick me into buying more than I wanted. Rather he gave me a compelling presentation and the information I need to make an informed decision. Ayala, our salesperson, was also very helpful. This was one of the better buying experiences we have had.It definitely helps to do some research on line before showing up in person.

Great service, from calling in for an appointment and until I get my car back. Appointments are available, communications are fluid and explicit, service is as expected or better.I have total peace of mind bringing my car here!

I purchased a new car on 2/2/24, it’s now 3/12/24 and my trade in has still not been paid off. I’ve spoken to a manager twice, was told finance would contact me, they never did. Spoke to a manager again last week and was told it was being taken care of right away. It’s now 7 business days later and still no payment has posted to my account. If you are late processing a payment, most companies would expedite payment….overnight it to ensure it’s been received and taken care of, but still nothing. We’ve previously bought 3 cars from this dealership and sold a few to them as well. We will no longer do any business here.

My Service Advisor Fawad Hassan was very professional and caring. He asked me if I wanted to take care of the 2 recalls on my 2022 Honda Pilot and I asked if the part is available as their website said to call first but I was already onsite for a state inspection and oil change. Fawad represented Auto Nation Honda with such care and update me on the repair status that I will make them my first choice for buying another car. I bought my 2006 Odyssey back in 2013 and it was a pleasant experience. Thanks to Fawad Hassan there is still people who care for their customers.

My service advisor, Michael, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. My car was completed on time, and everything was covered by the extended warranty, so I didn't have to pay a penny.

Great Service! They fixed the problem in a couple of hours. Reasonable price. Free ride Uber rides to my house and back while they worked on the car.

I'm editing my rating to 3 from 5 stars coz they seem to be an absolute scam when it comes to extend warranty. I have been trying to call them and ask them to cancel my warranty because my car got totaled. But the call always gets respected to a some finance friend where it never gets picked up. I tried the chat feature but got no response either.

Stopped in with my husband last night. We traded one vehicle in towards a new Honda. Raheel was our salesperson and I highly recommend him. He was professional, courteous and straightforward with us. Josue was our finance person and was pleasant and easy to work with. If you’re in the market, you’d be in good hands with this dealer and Raheel!
