Two stars today, other days maybe a 4.5.
I've had a subscription to this place for over two years, and the service can be inconsistent. Some days it's great, while other days it's not up to par. Unfortunately, today was one of those off days.
As I exited the tunnel, I was the only vehicle in line with at least four attendants waiting. A large luxury car followed me, and suddenly, my Tahoe seemed to become invisible. Only one attendant was left working on my vehicle.
While they were cleaning, I noticed that the back driver's door was never opened, nor was the back hatch. This likely means the glass and door jams weren't cleaned, and the back hatch wasn't swept. Anything above my doors still had water spots. Meanwhile, the car behind me had all its doors and trunk opened, and the attendants were working like a busy beehive.
If you point out any discrepancies, they will correct them, but it's frustrating to have to ask for the level of service you should be getting in the first place.

best car wash i’ve been too! it’s a reasonable price for exterior and has friendly staff. Rodrigo was super helpful and made my car clean & spotless on the outside and vacuumed very meticulously.

I've been here a few times, and there are several car wash options. I usually get both interior and exterior. The wait time is usually short, and the service is good, too.
