“Undisputed Auto in Sterling, VA was AWESOME. They diagnosed the problems with my Volvo- gave me a price, did the work to the standards I would have done it, (a former mechanic of sorts myself), and they stuck to the price. You could not ask for more. Their communications was a little touch and go when parts deliveries got delayed, but in my case, the parts were not common. There was nothing they could do about- everything worked out in the end. Highly recommend them. They fixed everything I needed done. Just terrific work.”
“I'm not one to get my car detailed, but I had the misfortune of having a puppy pee on the back seat of my car and was in immediate need of a deep cleaning. I felt a little out of place pulling up in my Kia for service, with all the high end cars they were working on, but they could not have been nicer to me throughout the service. They explained everything to me and provided a detailed walkthrough of the car when the work was done. My car completely exceeded my expectations (nicer than new), was finished on time and for less than the quoted price. I recommend Xtreme to anyone who needs a detailing service.”

“Ive visited this place often with 2 different vehicles. The management and staff never fail to give their customers a comfortable and trustworthy environment. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and do their best effort to meet their customers needs. I just got a tire change from them and they ran into some problems with a tire vendor causing my appointments to be changed twice. But they never failed to keep me informed about the situation. I love how they don’t waste time and are straightforward with whatever situation is happening. Other auto shops would’ve kept the vehicle sitting there without informing the customer/ would waste the customers time by waiting until the customer arrives. The staff was even generous enough to deliver my vehicle to me with no charge so I wouldn’t have to go through the stress of having to go pick it up each time the tires wouldn’t show. This just goes to show how much they care about their customers. 100% recommend”

Elden collision repair helped fix up my car like brand new… while I rented out a car at Enterprise in the meantime..
Car was done in about 2-3 weeks, and I went by when they called, and they did a quick inspection and walk thru of what they fixed etc.
Only thing there was a 500$ out of pocket deductible charge that I had to pay, but at least rest of it was covered by my insurance. I guess small win but will def try to avoid any interactions w wildlife on the road from now. Elden collisions does pretty solid and trustworthy work to repair car damage though.. do recommend them.”

“I was referred to R&C after a box store tire shop busted a lug nut while trying to replace a tire (the nut broke and half of it was still threaded to the stud).
I was pleasantly surprised by their ability to work on my car immediately and their determination to get the repair done with some level of problem solving (applying heat rather than shear brute force which could've caused additional damage to the wheel).
Milly was super pleasant and kept me aware of what was happening and the timing of things (she was able to get a replacement lug nut ordered for my older car and delivered/installed within a few hours).
My overall impression having observed the comings and goings for a few hours was competence and a reasonable price for my project.”

The lobby is neat, has clean washroom and high speed internet. I got the service done for half the price quoted by the dealership. They don't upsell and only recommend services that are necessary.”
