Upgraded an iPhone, the ATT charger burned the phone overnight.Next day went to ATT and they did exchange the iPhone, no problem right? Wrong, the added a new line to the account. Thanks Courtney. Then upgraded a Samsung a couple of days later, same thing added a new like for the Samsung. Now I have 9 lines! Avoid this store if possible. Called and spoke to Courtney but he "cannot do anything" bc it is not his account. What a joke.

Edris helped me to upgrade my phone and cancel one of the phone lines I don’t need anymore. He did really great job and I’m so satisfied on it.

I usually never write reviews for stores but this one was something special. I tried multiple times to resolve an issue with my Mom's iPhone 13 on AT&T service. I came to this store asking what the issue could be and was told it was probably a bad sim card. But this store doesn't have sim cards. Or that is what I was told multiple times on different days. After speaking with the store in Dulles plaza I was told this is likely a lie to drive customers to upgrade and make more sales. They probably have sim cards, but tell everyone they don't and send them to other stores. Overall bad experience especially with the younger Indian like man who refused to even look up my account to help. Thanks a lot for wasting my time and arguing with me instead of helping. Avoid this store.

If I could add more stars I would. After a week multiple calls with AT& T customer service after a billing fiasco and my service being totally disconnected, I went to this location to see if they could help. Shaan and Adnon checked my account and diagnosed he issue within 15 minutes of digging in to my account.They told me I would have to call customer service again to resolve the problem ( my heart sank) but not only did they call them for me, they spoke with the representatives to get to the right department, and then explained to them the issue and what needs to happen to resolve it. They patiently sat with me as I worked out the issues with my account with customer service, and afterward made sure my veterans discount was added.I can't stress enough how much of a breath of fresh air these gentlemen were after over 8 hours total of being on the phone with customer service with absolutely no results. I'll only visit this AT&T store moving forward. Shaan and Adnon were great!!!

The Manager was rude from the second I walked into the store even though I was redirected to the store by ATT customer service. Extremely unprofessional.

I walked in holding one kid and another one holding my hand. I lost my phone the day before and needed a new Sim card to activate my new phone. I walked in and they told me they did not have any sim cards and I would have to go to the Dulles location. Frustrating but I understood and went to Dulles. When I got to Dulles and told the associate there she called the store pretending to be a customer asking for a Sim card and they told her they had SIM cards!!! She said that apparently I was the second person today to tell her that and they do have SIM cards there so they shouldn't have made me come out to a different store. I will never be going to this location again.

The staff was kind and courteous to my inquiries and helped me set up a new phone. Experience was very professional. I always go to this ATT phone store for all my needs and questions. Excellent representatives!

I really got the best customer service experience at this store, not once but twice.The first time I visited, Shawn in the store was super helpful, extremely courteous and willing to go out of his way to ensure my plan issue and questions were resolved. I was so pleased that I went again to the same store for device upgrades, I had the same great experience the second time with another gentleman, Adnan, at the store.In the past I would generally do such upgrades by just calling ATT which was never the best of experience. Being able to resolve my cellular issues face to face with a person, was so much better than having to deal with ATT customer service on the phone.I highly recommend this store for all of upgrade, plan issues and other needs.

Shaan and his crew will help you with whatever you need in a timely manner. I visited for a new phone and they found me the best deal for my situation. They are very good at explaining all kinds of different scenarios clearly to help you make the most informed decision possible. I cannot recommend this store enough for any att customers.

This location is HORRIBLE! The sales associate was rude from the second I walked into the store. He refused to listen to the reason we came and talked over us. After we finally told him our reason for coming in he said he could not help us and did not offer any solutions to our problem. When we asked him questions regarding our problem He began to raise his voice at my sister and I and told us again that he couldn't help. After we left I saw him start to watch a movie on the TV. Go to another location if possible

This is the worse ATT customer service I have ever had. The manager and his sale man are both liars with no credential. Here is my awful experience: I ordered my 13 pro max in their store on Nov 8th, and the sale man told me that it will take about two weeks to delivery to their store, and he would call me ASAP. After two weeks, I stepped in their store again to check my order status, and I was told my order was still in delivery. But today, on Nov 29th, ATT customers call center told me that my device has been deliveried on Nov 11th!!! Why the sale man did not call me as he promised? Why the sale manager lie to me when he actually did nothing when I request to check the order status with him on their store? If you cannot keep your promise, do not make it! If you did not want to check my order status, say it!!!
