Not to happy. Imo I was illegally towed. It hasn't been a month yet as I am disputing it, and they've already filed via DMV to steal my car. Way to go. And thanks for the response to my message via FB never. Idk seems a bit like a predatory tow. See you in court. :)

Ashburn Towing is a life saver! My car broke down on a busy street late at night. From the time I called to the time my car was on their truck was under 30 minutes. Absolutely worst experience, unprofessional, arrogant, demanding only cash to release the car, I can’t imagine clients give them 5 stars (fake reviews), I also witnessed them treating a woman & her daughter badly & insisting on only cash to release her car, if there’s rating below zero, they deserve it. Be careful bunch of unprofessional arrogant guys.Service: Car towing

Wish they'd stay open later for those of us that work and can't take off early or at least have a window during the weekend.Why close at 5 and then charge extra to have your car released after hours.

I went today to pick up my honda today and they said it was just $60 dollars to see my car he was giving me a hard time he was being very arrogant and not helpful at all he slammed the window in my face and said to leave without letting me see my car or get my charger or take picture of my car it was a taller guy cucasion in his 30s or 40s he told me to leave and slammed the window in my face do not recommemd this place

My wife and 4 year old son waited from 3 oclock to 11pm for a tow truck to the truck. I paid like $180, they were sending her text messages stating they were 5 minutes away but never showed. I had to leave work to get them and take a chance on further damaging my truck driving ut home. I will never do business with them and I changedl my insurance company because they used this company for roadside assistance.

I had to have an antique car towed last minute from Annandale, Virginia to Front Royal, Virginia. Junior came out with his flatbed and gingerly put my wonderful car on the flatbed and tied it down with straps and he was very pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend Al's Towing from Sterling and we could not have been more pleased with Junior
