Title: Exceptional Customer Service Experience at Dulles Mall
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at Dulles Mall, thanks to Gladys, and Hami . From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to assist. The professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease.
What truly stood out about Gladys and Hami were exceptional patience. Despite my numerous questions and indecisiveness, she remained attentive and never once made me feel rushed. Their extensive knowledge about the products and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction was truly commendable.
Moreover, they demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism throughout my entire shopping experience. They were not only knowledgeable about the products but also adept at understanding my needs and preferences, making valuable recommendations that exceeded my expectations.
Overall, my interaction with them at Dulles Mall was nothing short of exceptional. Her outstanding customer service, combined with her friendly demeanor and professional attitude, made for a truly memorable shopping experience. I would highly recommend visiting Dulles Mall and seeking out Gladys , and Hami for any of your shopping needs. They are a true asset to the store and exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about.

I didn't know there were so many ways you could be told you were too fat- without someone actually using those words.I had a really unpleasant experience at this store today. Upon picking up pair of pants I was immediately told by the sales associate that they probably wouldn't fit me because I needed a petite. (I don't normally wear a petite but she insisted). She then proceeded to pick out several pairs- all were too baggy in the legs and tight in the hips, and much too short. She said that they didn't carry a lot of stock in my size in the store. She did try to find some alternative solutions such as checking the stock online but I wasn't really interested in buying a pair of pants I couldn't try on. She kept showing me different pants on the rack in much smaller sizes, each more expensive than the last... Pushing the online sale and wanting me to open a credit card while promising I could return it if it didn't work out.For the record, I'm a size medium with an athletic build. It's ridiculous that she was making me feel larger than I was just because they don't "carry items outside of the bell curve" in the store. Medium IS the bell curve.She needs a sensitivity training. I'm a medium but imagine the damage her comments would have done to someone who was xl, 1xl, 2xl, or 3xl.Posting a pic of my body type.

If I can give negative star I would. I went to this store yesterday and I’m a regular customer. I went with my mother and my 1.5 year daughter. I went to try one pair of pants and my mom waited right outside the fitting room the my baby and then the baby started crying. I rushed out of the fitting room and trying to figure out if I’m gonna buy it quickly then the manager approached us and asked us to leave because “another customer” complained about the baby crying!!!! And she snatched the pants out of my hand and said if we don’t leave she’s calling security and she did call security. This is beyond shocking and not even allowed to ask someone to leave because their baby is crying. This staff member is probably the same one the other people commented on her and she needs to face consequences as she’s the rudest most evil woman I’ve ever had to deal with. Ann Taylor you lost me as a customer and I will be sharing this with everyone I know because corporate office didn’t even apologize. I wish I never spent a dollar with this company.

If I could I would give this store zero stars. The staff I encountered was rude. Management and customer service was poor as well. I don’t recommend anyone shopping at this store. Trash. 0/10.

The staff at this location is rude and off-putting. Several aspects of my encounter irked me but most frustrating was when one of the staff members checking out a top for my mom asked her if the cami (attached to the top) came with it. Rather than knowing the product herself, she insinuated my mom was trying to hide the cami in the top/steal it. The other staff member had difficulty processing my return and handled the encounter in a very curt tone of voice offering minimal help. Not everyone is made for customer service, which is clear about these two individuals. I had a much better experience at the Tyson’s location. Save your energy and go there if needing to purchase something from Ann Taylor!

I came yesterday with my wife 6:55 , before closing . the associate closed the door before 7 pm . this store closes at 7 others at 9pmthe associates did not respect us and the regulations for closing time . was surprised to see the very bad reviews about this particular store ,obviously the staff in this store are incompetent at all including the manager since she did not take time to talk to her associates about this important issue , will go to Tysons Mall better .

The staff at this location is rude and off-putting. The other staff member had difficulty processing my return and handled the encounter in a very curt tone of voice offering minimal help. Not everyone is made for customer service, which is clear about these two individuals. I had a much better experience at the Tyson’s location. If I could I would give this store -5 starts! Staff here are extremely rude!!! Also, this is not a kids friendly store! One staff made my little girl cry from embarrassment!!

Nice store for ladies who are looking for anything from semi sport to semi formal dress.Located in Dulles Mall, the lower level.Good quality, their prices are fair, the store is clean and managed well.The cashiers and store associates are helpful and polite.
