Used to have a great experience here. However the front desk staff is not very helpful. I came into pick up a pair of contact lenses that I pick up monthly. I came in this week and they increased the price on my contacts and no one could answer my question as to why the price increased. This is really disappointing as the staff should be able to answer patients questions. This location needs to do better.

Nice people, don't get me wrong, but do not expect to be seen by your appointment time. This place appears to be heavily understaffed. My appointment time was for 3:30 and it is now 6pm and I have not been seen. Everyone was super polite and kind despite this!

Dr. Thanh Yang was very thorough and professional with his eye examination.The staff was friendly and courteous as well. I definitely will continue to use America's Best for Contacts and Eyeglasses.

I had an incredible experience here. Our associate Daniel wasn’t trying to rip us off in any way or pull off some tricky marketing. He gave us the best deals. We came out satisfied with pairs of glasses for me and both of my siblings. I would definitely recommend going here, especially when they have a good promotion!!

My eyes are really picky. I'm picky, too. So between that and some absolutely outrageous prices in the optical world I think I'm a tough customer. I've been to America's Best off and on for many years but my latest experience at the Sterling location was fantastic. The doctor there is a good listener and patient with his patients. And Lori has been there a long time and knows how to get things done and keep her customers happy. They get busy so sometimes there's a wait but it's only because others have recognized the value.

This is my second experience with the sterling center. I walked in at 9:20 am for my 9:30 appt yesterday Jan 4th. One employee was sitting at the counter on the phone and a customer was standing at a reception desk. I informed her i was there was an appt and I was abruptly told to go to the back. I went to the back and decided to return to the front to select glass frames while I waited for the Dr. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional..huffing and puffing and annoyed I was there. I witnessed her treating others who came in rudely too. The Dr and his staff were very professional. They get 5 star. When my exam was over, thank goodness the office manager was in and he worked with me to finalize my purchase. He receives 5 stars as well. But the semi-blond middle aged women with short hair will loose the company business as I would not have returned if they all behaved like her. She gets a negative 5! As such, I rate them a 3 overall.
