Had our kitchen remodeled a few years ago and just recently, the kitchen faucet by Allora USA started to drip. We contacted the Company to have them replace the faucet under the Lifetime Warranty and was told that we had to pay $21 handling fee to receive a replacement part, not a replacement faucet, just a replacement part. Replacement part arrived a few days later with a video and four different people tried to repair this faucet to no avail. Jessie at the Company assured us that we would only pay this one time for a replacement part and if something happened in the near future, he would waive the handling fee. Well, Jessie is now too busy to talk to us. I highly recommend that you avoid Allora USA. You have been warned!

I'm so obsessed with my new faucet! I purchased the touch faucet from their website (750) and not only did I get it super fast, I also installed it myself! It is such a luxury at a great price! I have always wanted a touch faucet, and finally Allora USA has delivered with a great product at an affordable rate! Highly recommend!

I ordered a replacement hose for my Allora kitchen faucet. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find that one of the ends was not the same size as my old hose. I sent an email to Allora with a picture of the end, and they quickly sent me the correct replacement hose with no questions asked. Now that's superior customer service. Thank you Allora!

I've got an ALLORA faucet for my kitchen sink. The sprayer's water flow was not strong anymore and it started to leak after 4-5 years. Although the leak was not much but I wanted to fix it. I called their office in Sterling, VA. A technician, Jonathan, guided me on the phone to figure out if the low water pressure was because of the clogged sprayer or something else. I took the sprayer to their office. He took me to their show room and showed me how a clogged sprayer works, then brought a new faucet, took his time, and explained to me how to disassemble the faucet handle and replace a new cartridge. When I got home, I did exactly as he said and in less than 10 minutes the sprayer, new cartridge, and the handle were installed. He is one of a kind. Thanks Jonathan. Thanks ALLORA USA.

I remember when Allora USA was in their small location here in sterling, VA. Their customer service used to be incredible and it's the reason why our company used them from 2010 till 2017. After a few years of us not using Allora anymore due to the fact that their attention to the customer had declined significantly because their new receptionists were rude and unwelcoming I decided to give them a try to see if things had gotten better. After my first experience with them, upon returning, I decided to not use them ever again. Their customer service has actually gotten worse they what it was back in 2017. Who ever answers the phones, a female, is rude and dismissive. I will be using another company. It's sad when companies grow and their services decline. When Yuky used to work there with her mom and dad was such a great experience. Customer service makes the difference people.

I've been getting faucets from this company for a while now, and their products as well as service are unmatched! I've tried out other companies in the area with similar products and have had to wait DAYS to get a response via phone or email. Allora USA has always helped me out quickly and efficiently so I can keep my clients happy too!

I hired a plumber to fix a problem with my Allora kitchen faucet, and he misdiagnosed the problem, telling me to get a part I didn’t need. Went to Allora’s HQ in Sterling VA. Met with Mustafa, who instantly diagnosed the actual problem (which had nothing to do with the faucet) and taught me how to fix the problem myself. I got excellent customer service from Allora. Highly recommend. (Got my money back from the bad plumber.)

We did a video shoot at their offices. They are a wholesaler to the Plumbing industry. Great selection of Faucets and sinks under their brand. Family owned and in business for a long time.
