Worse customer service ever! Stay away!

Cancelled our flight twice with less than 2 hours’ notice after driving three hours to airport. Booked us on a flight 22 hours later. Gave us a voucher for the hotel, but when we got to the hotel, 20 other passengers were there and although hotel had enough room, they would not honor voucher. Don’t fly Air France.\\n\\nEdit: Air France gave us (some of) our money back after we hired (and paid) an EU lawyer from Germany. Still not cool.

Air France is an embarassment. I took air france €800 more than my friend who took air Maroc, but I had worse experiences. First, the plane took off late and landed late missing the second Air France trip to my destination. They then put me in Air Algeria, which had the worst customer service I have ever experienced with the promise to call them and get the payment for giving me to another airline. I arrived 10hours late to my destination and they lost my luggage for 9 days. I did 9 days out of 15 days without the personal hygiène items I brought and without the necessary medication. I ended up getting sick because of it.All they did was apologize over email and could not pay back the fees because themose regulations are only for EU flights. I am disgusted to say the least.

Got ripped off pretty good here at Dulles international airport ( Air France ). After getting my tickets for high price I got charged $175 for my 2 bags that weighted normal and 145 Euros on the way back !!

Our dog is waiting in a loud warehouse with doors banging and a guy is literally copying our documents one page at a time while talking on the phone leisurely. They lady at the desk treats customers little better than garbage, not even “cargo.” So utterly horrified with this experience.

Four flights on the same trip. All four had a problem. Every one departed and arrived late. Complete disorganization at the check-in counters at the airport. In one instance, agents let passengers to go through the gate before airplane was ready, so we had to wait for almost an hour in hot, non-air-conditioned corridor that connects airport with the airplane. On a direct flight from CDG to IAD failed to load my luggage on the plane. Still waiting for the luggage to arrive.

Pretty awful experience with this airline. The service in flight was okay, however once getting to our destination, after a direct flight, we learned that one members luggage did not arrive. It has taken a week to get it back, multiple reroutes, and even driving to the airport ourselves to go get the lost luggage. I’m pretty horrified that they can loose luggage on a direct flight and then take a week to get someone’s personal (and needed) belongings back to them. Trust them to get us to our destination, but won’t trust that they’ll get my stuff there with me!
