They never have usual stock of cigarettes. They also removed the prices on cigarettes and charge almost $12.00 a pack on whatever they have left. I went to the other 7-11 nearby, same owner they told me and the same cigarettes were normal price at the other 7-11. He did not know why they were charging more. Removing prices and charging random, jacked up prices is wrong. What is going on??

Why have a display of gift cards if you can’t sell them?I tried to buy one and the cashier saw me looking at them. When I finally chose a gift card I walked up to the register and he told me they can’t sell gift cards.I asked him then why have a whole display of them , put a sign or throw them in the trash. All he could say is “I know they don’t work”It’s also irritating because he saw me looking at them trying to decide which one to get and doesn’t say anything about not being able to sell them.

I want to make a late night run to 7/11 but the last 3 times I've swung by this location the doors have been locked.I'm here again Monday night, 106 in the evening. Both doors locked wet door thing left in front of the window bang on the window. Nobody comes. It's the same thing every night. This is the worst 7-Eleven in history of mankind!

Yo this message is for the guy who works there with the busted white Toyota or Honda or whatever brand it is. If you don’t wanna work the night shift, just quit. Everytime I go there the Desi/indian man locks the doors and when I knock on the door he just waves me off. If you stop by this 7-11 and see a white car parked out front, don’t even bother going in it’s gonna be the same guy who locks the doors. How are you gonna advertise you’re open 24-7 but yet this guy locks the doors at 2 am?

This 7-Eleven SUCKS. They're supposedly open 24 hours a day but I just stopped by (it's midnight) - and they are closed yet AGAIN. This is the FOURTH time in a row they've been closed for some reason. The owner (manager?) was in the store but just held his hands up to me and said "closed". I'm done spending my money here. Much better 7-11 off Davenport, less than 1/3 mile away. Don't waste your time at this one.

If I could give a zero star, I absolutely would. Customer service used to be great here, but management since hired a staff by the name of Zaman (Zamani?). My mom, who is not fluent in English, goes to this 7-11 various time to purchase lottery tickets and other items there since it's close to her work. Every time she goes, she gets treated with the utmost disrespect from Zaman. For instance, she asked to buy two separate lottery tickets in two separate transactions because she's unsure of how to request for two tickets in a specific amount in English, and gets scolded by Zaman saying, "why didn't you just buy both at once??". Well maybe because that's the only way she knows how to request for the purchase. It'll take maybe a second of your time to ring up another lottery ticket, is it that necessary rude to her? In another instance which happened on 1/2/2023, she came in to try and exchange her winning ticket and buy additional tickets as gifts for her sisters. Zaman didn't understand her request and became super impatient with her, since there was a line of four other customers forming, so he became SUPER rude and ended up not providing the service to my mom, yelled at her, and KICKED her out of the store. Yes, kicked her out of the store. If you don't understand her, you could simply ask her to step aside so that you can serve the other customers and get back to her right after. She would've understood and step aside to wait. My mom came home so upset and distraught, so my husband, sisters, and I wanted to confront him and to speak to the manager because this is NO WAY to treat your customer, or any human being for that matter. We gently approached him to ask if we could speak to a manager, and he instantly BLEW up on us as soon as he realized we were there to defend my mom. Point to her face saying she's doesn't know English and causing people to wait in line and people were complaining - first of all, no one in that line was complaining. Even if that's the case...so what? she's a customer and was in line herself, so she deserves to be served equally as anyone else. This is straight up discrimination and/or sexist. He also called her crazy, said he'll call the police and "press a button and a helicopter will come down and put us to jail and make our lives miserable", yelled at us all telling us to "SHUT UP" and "GET OUT" because this is his "jurisdiction", and admitted to the fact that he turned down service to her not just twice but 3, 4, 5 times, and so much more... We simply just wanted to talk to the manager and get an apology out of Zaman, and his response is "no I don't apologize, SHE (pointing his finger at my mom's face) apologize to me".I've never ever came across anyone as rude, disrespectful, and overly hostile...especially in a customer-serving environment. Number one rule is that the customer is ALWAYS right, no matter what. My mom was never assertive to him, her only fault is that she's not as fluent in English. If you can't control your emotions and accommodate to your customers' needs...you should not be front and center in serving customers and taint a well know franchise such as 7-11.I'm kindly requesting that the managers of the store, Mamjur and Farzana, to please make this right and train your staff to be better. We'd hate for other Asian customers (especially women) to encounter and experience something similar to what my mom had to encounter with Zaman, especially with Lotte opening up soon.

Check prices when timing out - over charge at the register. I asked him about it and he said “you know prices always changing”. People behind me said he did the same to them. Beware
