The person working as the cashier was rude, belligerent, and hostile. I went in Monday night at 6:23 pm. I had 2 winning scratch off's that he refused to pay me for. I highly recommend you go to a different 7/11, especially if you're stopping in there while this terrible customer service cashier is working. Brutal.

Always closed and locked at night, what's the point of having a 7-Eleven in the area if it's going to just be closed when it'd be useful? And if it's going to be closed at night, why blatantly lie about your hours?

Horrible service, the cashier lady doesn’t know what she’s doing, I am a manager at another 7-11 and am happy to give customers with reward membership their rewards, but this lady was being stingy like it’s coming out of her pocket. Horrible service.

Yeah same as everyone else's doors locked. All lights on actually. Store looks open just doors locked. I figure is working just went to the bathroom. So I leave at a gazebo behind the store for a few minutes and come back when. Then a man not in 711 uniform comes to the door and says he's on the phone with police because he's been watching me on the camera. The says you can't read. ? And points to the wet floor sign inside the store that says system down. I'm like no I didn't read that because I wasn't peering thru the window. Put the sign on the door. I have facial tattoos and I had my dog with me that I tied up to the firewood rack outside. Idk what he said to the police but didn't wait around for that. Thanks 711 it's been real.

Closed/doors locked and lights low at 2:23am on 09/13, I didn't know that any 7eleven locations closed. No hours listed on the door.

Store has been closed multiple times overnight for "cleaning" and the door is locked. Never once have I seen any cleaning taking place after hours. Cashier's are not knowledgeable about 7-11 app and mobile check out. They have the mobile checkout scanner disabled in an attempt to prevent you from using it as well. Haven't been able to buy anything the last few times I've tried since the doors are locked. Ironic how the store description even says "our doors are always open". Blatantly untrue. There isn't even posted hours on the front door. If you aren't going to be open 12am to 5am at least make that clear and post it on the door and change the open hours to be accurate... Sept 24, 2022 at 12:13 clerk could not resolve an issue with a price discrepancy with the customer in front of me so I decided to use mobile check out which caused more issues being I could not scan my QR code and when showing the clerk I paid he continued to tell me to pay at the register when I already payed through the app. After what I thought would be quicker five minutes later the clerk calls over a person in charge to verify my purchase. I understand this location is new however the training should be a little more thorough

The staff is rude to the customers, no patience and makes remarks about you if you don't hurry up. Especially the India woman that was working at the counter today at 2:12 pm, July 29th. She was taller then the other lady there. Don't recommend this place untill all get a manners course.

Someone from the store called my emergency contact on my lost iPhone .. confirmed it was mine we gave our address and we got nothing . I don't understand they called my fiancé and said they would return the red iPhone ??I have called the store and have gotten absolutely no where ??

I was really excited when this location opened because it is a short walk from my house and allows ne to get gas right before getting on 28. When it first opened it was great and then went downhill very quickly. The customer service is the worst which is bad for a 7-11 where you usually just need to be checked out. I even use mobile check out so I don't need anyone however the scan by the door for mobile checkout confirmation no longer works and the cashiers don't speak enough English to say that you can just leave without scanning. I don't have a problem with English not being your first language but if you can't communicate with customers then it becomes a problem. This last time the guy just kept repeating that I needed to get at the end of the line eventhough I already paid for my items and was actually in line at the front of the line before the line formed. Then he told me to just leave with an attitude. This was not my first similar encounter at this location but it will be my last. I will have to go back to the other locations.
