Worst 7-Eleven experience every single night.
My team and I work night shift and stop by this location around 3–4 AM several times a week. It’s consistently terrible. The hot food case (hot dogs, taquitos, etc.) is almost always empty or has food that’s been sitting out for hours and is ice-cold. When we ask the overnight employee (guy with the head wrap) for buns or anything else, he’s usually asleep in the back. Last week a customer was literally banging on the counter trying to wake him up.
When he does come out, there’s zero customer service, no greeting, no “thank you,” just silent staring or tossing items without a word. It feels hostile, not just lazy.
If corporate or the franchise owner ever wants to see how bad it really is, come do a secret shop between 2–5 AM. You’ll see exactly what dozens of night-shift workers and late-night customers deal with. This store is embarrassing for the brand. Needs serious oversight and new overnight staffing ASAP.
And to add, thankfully the nice older lady works there. Shes the only one trying to stock and give customer service. She was nice and helpful.

I have not seen this place open at night often, however, tonight there was a lady behind the counter who was very kind and explained why they sometimes have it closed at night, I should have gotten her name but she was a nice older lady with white hair who was actually happy to have a conversation with me!

This is one of the better 7-Eleven locations I’ve been to. It’s spacious and noticeably cleaner compared to most others. The attached gas station is a big plus. What really stands out is the hot food section — they still keep it stocked and fresh even after midnight, unlike many other 7-Elevens where the food is either dried out or unavailable late at night. Conveniently located right off Route 28, it’s a solid late-night stop.

Edison is a very professional, friendly and helpful guy who I ever met at 7-11 counter. In the whole DMV area I never receive that kind of friendly service, other employees should learn from Edison how to treat customers.

Gas price was OK but womens restroom was a mess. Handicap stool full of paper, I was afraid to flush to help clean, stall floor had dried stream of ???. 2nd stall was usable but had no toilet paper. Sink area was not clean and of course there were no hand towels or dryers. I decided to buy Road snacks elsewhere. If restrooms are dirty I assume everything else is.

Geese crowding the door, with goose poop everywhere in the parking lot.
The men's bathroom was gross. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.
Food was as expected and staff was nice

Manager was directly rude. Employee sold a product that wasn’t what I asked for… then I asked for a refund or even compromise on store credit. I won’t be back.

The best 7 Eleven I've ever been to. The fact that it's been there for over a year and has maintained a high quality environment compared to the majority of 7 Elevens in the area. This is the only 7 Eleven that comes close to competing with the local Sheetz and Wawa.
