Broke my cup holder and didn’t wanna offer any resolution :)
The guy was trying to blame me instead saying it was like that. I trusted them my car, this is how it turned out.
Thank you car wash for your bad customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Don't be in a hurry, because it's not just a machine wash. They scurry over your vehicle, cleaning, wiping, and polishing.

Great place to get your car cleaned for the price. I always get the platinum which is $28 plus tax. I’ve been coming here for years and have always been pleased.

Today I took the service for the first time, I asked for the most complete one for $54.99 and I was not completely satisfied, the staff that is in charge of vacuuming before washing and drying and waxing after that must worry about the details of the car, I had some unclean spots that I had to ask them to check again.

The soap and towel dry is applied through people working there and they tend to do in a hurry and miss some spots. They do tend to respond well if asked.

This car wash store has best car wash in sterling, they have a group of women who does a great job in cleaning your car Very detailed, women does amazing job. I highly suggest you check it out. Thanks

I have no complaints. They clean cars very thoroughly and I used to detail cars.
There's not anywhere else I would go to get my cars cleaned.

Scratched the door paint, scratched the display screen, bent my antenna, didn't clean along bottom of car, didn't clean anything very good, didn't clean out the back seat cup holders, didn't clean off passenger dashboard aside from wiping it with dirty rag leaving streaks on it. 0/10

Before they did work well but lately they didn't clean well, the price went up more and if you don't pay attention they don't even clean it, which is nothing in the back and under the seats so many people there for pleasure

Wait can be long if you go at peak times. I think you won't find anywhere else that does as much for the money as they do here. Would I bring a precious collector / enthusiast car here? Not a chance. Are you getting a full detail with meticulous attention to that speck of dust lodged 1/4 of an inch into your air vent for $30? Nope. Do I bring our daily drivers here and leave with a much cleaner version of the car? Absolutely.
The place doesn't look like much but everyone there works hard and does a good job for the level of service you buy.

The best! Got caught in a time and location issue last week and used Flagship in Vienna. Got the best at $44. Result didn't come close to 7 Car Wash week in and week put results

Very disappointed, this car wash never leaves my cargo clean, it doesn't matter if I pay for the car, oh the economical one, I always leave disappointed and I always take everything from the car with my cargo cleared to make it easier, very disappointed, it's already like 5 times that It happens to me and I went in the morning, there was no one to say that they were busy, as if they were doing it just to get by ?
