The sign says brushless, but it's not. The brushes could have dirt stuck on them from previous cars that scratch and make swirls on my car paint

Paid for the highest non-detailing package including both interior and exterior. A few spots were missed due to how busy they were - I would recommend not going on the weekend as I had to wait over an hour.

I hate to give such a bad review after going to this car wash for years and recommending it to many friends.
Unfortunately today they failed me.
I paid $57.99 for the best option for both inside and outside.
I was shocked when they told me my car was done. It was like they never whipped it down there were streaks and water marks all over the car. Normally it is done spotless.
I told them that my car was far from done. After a guy wiped it on the obvious marks however not paying attention to what I pointed out.
He walked away. I went and got clean wraps and finished it myself.
Once I got in my car I was even more disappointed. They didn’t vacuum it well at all.
I brought it home and had to vacuum it over.
I know everyone has a bad day however paying $57.99 for the deluxe package I expect to get what a paid for.
I’m upset because this car wash was my go to place.

So good and quick! I will be returning again- I got the basic gold and the inside was vacuumed, everything was wiped on the inside, and it took 15 minutes max.

i wanted to clean my car by choosing the top package, but they didn't do a good job. My car is still dirty and doesn't even smell nice. I'm not satisfied at all

Service was not satisfying. They just washed outside, made the car look more dirtier. They did not bother themselves to to blowout the leaves of the frank. I had to rewash it at home. Waste of money and time.

I purchased the $22 package and was genuinely impressed with the service. The pricing was great for the quality provided. My car came out clean inside and out, and the team there was working fast and efficiently to keep things moving. Even with the quick pace, they took time to fix anything I pointed out that may have been missed, which I really appreciated. I left fully satisfied with my wash and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Great value, great service!
