Great customer service. This is a staff of experts whose goal is customer satisfaction. They go out of there way to make sure each package gets to its proper destination. Their knowledge of each residence is impeccable. Postmaster at this location is an expert in her field.

Janice deserves a raise! No, but in all seriousness, she was extremely kind and helpful. I know the post office, like the DMV and other state agencies, get bad reps. Janice is an example of why we shouldn't overgeneralize our opinions. Thank you so much for your help!

I worked for the postal service as a city carrier assistant. I urge anyone to take a second look at there career choices before choosing this unstable environment. This job is literally hell on earth from day one. The management is by far the worst people in the world. The other carrier are the only decent people but everyone would gladly throw you under the bus to save there a*** The have very strict and unreasonable expectations that put you and others at risk. If you don't meet those unreasonable and impossible expectations you get threatened and abused repeatedly. They have a horrible turnover rate and lay people off without notice for absolutely nothing. I was laid off 5 days before my 90 day ended and was never given a reason why. My post master became hostile and my supervisor was horrible and two faced. The pay was a little better but not worth the nightmare that you put up with daily and the lack of job security. CCAs havs worked there for some years and never get hired on as regular and quit generally before it will ever happen. They preach about safety but the pack the most dangerous vehicles full of mountains of mail and parcels that logistically cannot fit in the LLV. If anyone reading this is considering this opportunity there is a reason they keep on hiring! They are desperate beyond belief and they let tons of people go. Don't let them pull the same crap as they did to me as they will do to you. Keep you sanity!
