Terrible customer service. Techs lie about not getting prescription from doctors office. Instead of telling you they’re outbid it. Rude techs.

They need to work on their customer service. Called to see if they simply had an oral liquid medication in stock as Martins was going to have to order it. The pharmacists refused to even look it up for me as the abbreviated description I had from my doctor did not identify the exact amount needed to fill the prescription (they had electronically sent the prescription to Martins). So I asked if they even had the medicine in stock and she refused to look. I then asked if they would call Martins to get the information and transfer the prescription (which they would have to do anyway to transfer it if it was in stock), and she would not do it. This reminds me why I transferred my business from Walgreens to Martins in the first place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Male pharmacist was extremely rude. My prescription was on back order at my usual pharmacy so, I had to have my prescription filled at another pharmacy (Walgreens). Pharmacist’s voice sounded somewhat muffled so, it was difficult to understand him. He asked for a bin number and I said I didn’t see a vin number to which he replied “bin number BIN B-I-N! You’re not a car.” He became increasingly ignorant as the conversation continued. I finally asked why he was being rude and he became more rude and aggressive over the phone. I finally disconnected. It was the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

They have advertised an item that I was looking for online so that's why I went but when I got there they didn't have the item but the clerks were nice and the store is very clean

I am only giving them 1 star because it's the minimum. I am in the area for months and they say the cannot fill the prescriptions my Dr. called in because they don't know me. I was told it is their "local" policy to not fill prescriptions for out of town people and I should go to another Walgreens that does not have that policy. Poor excuse for a nationwide chain and could care less that I only had two days worth of meds left. The medication was NOT pain meds, that's the craziest part.. SMH pathetic. Stay away!!

When Rite Closed I was concerned about Walgreens service.Keith in Pharmacy has been awesome.He takes time and doesn’t rush to move you along.

Pharmacy employees at this location are very unknowledgeable and unprofessional. They consistently mess up our prescription (in multiple ways) every SINGLE time we use them. I could go on to tell so MANY examples of this, but this review would turn into a book. Pharmacy Employees are very unfriendly and do not ever accept fault or apologize for anything. Not one time. They actually immediately get defensive and rude when they realize they have messed up in some way. This is unfortunate and maybe these employees should consider a new carreer path where they deal with less people or better idea, work on improving their professionalism and kindness!

You have to use their website to set up Covid test appointment, but after inputting a bunch of info their website doesn’t allow you to continue past the location selection page. I called a location and was told they have no idea why but they think the website won’t allow selection of a location that is fully boomed for three days. Went through the process again and no location in Virginia or neighboring states allowed me to select and continue. Nsturally, the poorly designed site doesn’t tell you why. Walgreens doesn’t care about its customers.
