This drugstore is clean and well maintained with friendly staff, easy accessibility, plenty of parking. The store is on a corner lot easy to get to.

I was extremely fortunate to be helped by Keith today. He was extremely helpful and informative . I also saw him help a coworker find something and even inform their customers of alternatives and options! 5/5 stars for Keith!

I have a prescription I need refilled every month. I have to call it in every month. I have over the past year run out of my prescription three times because they did not have my medicine in stock and it had to be ordered on the next truck which in the worst instance took 5 days (ordered Thursday, arriving Monday). If you need medication to keep you alive, look elsewhere. If you don't mind getting your prescription at some point, they haven't made any errors that would dissuade me from using them.

Writing to tell of excellent service I recently received at the pharmacy. I was notified my wife, who resides in an assisted living facility, had one pill remaining on a critical prescription she takes from a mail order pharmacy on a week end. I explained the situation to Kelly working the desk and she immediately conferred with Pharmacist Matthew that contacted the mail order pharmacy and was able to fill the prescription without there being an interruption in my wife's daily dosage. I was very grateful for their kind and prompt services obtaining the needed medication. Resulting in me transferring all my mail order prescription needs to this pharmacy to ensure personal face to face obtainment when problems with their supply may arise in the future. I highly recommend their services.

Pharmacy employees at this location are very unknowledgeable and unprofessional. They consistently mess up our prescription (in multiple ways) every SINGLE time we use them. I could go on to tell so MANY examples of this, but this review would turn into a book. Pharmacy Employees are very unfriendly and do not ever accept fault or apologize for anything. Not one time. They actually immediately get defensive and rude when they realize they have messed up in some way. This is unfortunate and maybe these employees should consider a new carreer path where they deal with less people or better idea, work on improving their professionalism and kindness!

More friendlier staff, everyone in Stephens City store gives out the feeling like your bothering them coming there. AND a way to get you prescription's when the system is down!!! How did you do it before you had computers? People still need their meds with or without you system!!! Two days now I can't get my meds, and your uncaring staff didn't help matters! Out of all the years I used Rite Aid (20+yrs) never had a problem, and more than friendly staff. Made you feel like family! BUT in the 3yrs since you all took over Rite Aid, it's always something. About ready to move my stuff to CVS!!!!

Stay away from this place if you are getting and pain medication. There is a fat sow Pharmacist that is trying to make a name for herself calling your Dr and trying to get your prescription lowered or taken away not knowing a thing about what is going on with you. She is a complete idiot and hopefully she messes with the wrong one and they even the score on this idiot. New patients, Stay away while you can. The rest of the crew is awesome!! There is another Pharmacist there. An Asian man. He is a nice and pleasant as can be. But that fat nasty woman makes this a 1 Star by herself. I promptly changed to another pharmacy and was reunited with my Rite Aid pharmacist and am very happy. Never wanted. To come back to Walgreens anyways. But when they bought Rite Aid I was forced back there. But I am gone again and will NEVER be back!'

This Walgreens location is where we usually get our flu shots every year. Not much of a wait and the pharmacists/techs are friendly even when rushed by the drive through. The employees separate from the pharmacy are another story. The people welcoming you and checking you out are friendly and usually busy with stocking or cleaning in between customers. I've never been in when it's busy, but they keep those cashiers busy with...busy work. Good luck with needing a question answered by someone with any authority or the information required to answer that question. There seems to be a revolving door or managers, or at least people who claim to be management of some type, except for the woman with green hair who is always there and never in a good mood or helpful. I'm not sure why she's still there because every time I've mentioned to someone that I had to go to Walgreens, that woman gets brought up and it seems like everyone in the area has had a bad experience with her. There is an older lady working the photo section who is very helpful, too. If you have an issue at the store, you're better off talking to corporate who will tell you exactly what to say and do in order for the cashier to be able to help you out - then you can avoid "management" altogether. The store is always clean so far as I can tell and stocked well.

I never thought I'd be yelping a pharmacy. We just went to Walgreens for our flu shots since CVS was out of them. My youngest always stresses about the shot to the point of crying. The pharmacist was patient and had just the right words to calm her down so she could get her shot. Afterwards, she remarked that it didn't hurt and what a nice guy he was. Thank you!

Service here is TERRIBLE. There are words I could use to describe the worker at the time (the one with green hair) but I won't use that language here. My colleague and I were searching the store for some items to purchase when She rudely approached us claiming we couldn't hang around there and we would have to leave if we did not buy anything, when we obviously had multiple things in our hands. After experiencing much rudeness we decided to leave and go to the CVS down the street. Definitely will not return again. P.S. THEY DONT EVEN SELL MINT OREOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
