I had taken my car to a different auto shop in Winchester and paid to have multiple parts removed, but unfortunately nothing fixed the issue. My car continued to break down on me and the owner of the other auto shop told me they could not do anything further to help me with my vehicle. I called Chris and explained what was going on and she thoroughly looked at everything and told me what was going on without sugarcoating it or trying to milk me for more and more money. The honesty, level of communication, and professionalism I experienced here should be the standard for all auto shops.”
