Great experience, the staff helped me find the perfect cigar since I’m not a regular smoker and wanted it for a special occasion. The cigar was spot on with a mild taste which I wanted. By far a great collection of cigars. And good value , yea they have some expensive high end cigars, but also a good amount of regular priced cigars.

Bought a cigar. Paid WAY too much. Smoked it too fast because it kept going out. Got super nauseous. The cigar seemed ‘wet’ so their humidor isn’t set properly. The store employee didn’t even know what a bullet punch was. Had to call his manager. Don’t waste your time or money at this place!!!

Great shop, by far one of the better ones in the area. The staff is knowledgeable unlike many other shops which have been opening up in the Stephens city/Winchester area. Highly recommend this place the options and inventory is crazy.

I use to love this store for years. Many years. Now they're selling thing 4× marked up from any other store in the area. Sells a turp sluper that is now trash because they sold it with the incorrect pieces. I will refuse to ever go here again. Smoke up in winchester. That's the spot

I have dealt with this store for many years , it's family owned and operated. The father who opened the store was an amazing man and was open and wonderful to his customers. The store has had its problems bit since the father passed away the Son has tried to expand it to meet all of your smoking needs .. The help has been the only weakness because most of them thru the years were not a good example of what the family set the store to be . In the end the son will do what he can but he isn't there as much as he used to be but it is a full smoke shop ..

Great service and amazing deals. The guy who served me and my friend was very helpful and really chill. He pulled any pieces we wanted to see and answered any questions we had. He gave us some great deals and had quality products. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Lots of well organized products. Clean store. Awesome selection/variety. In comparison to other stores, it's PRICEY. For what size bag I get elsewhere...300 count, this store is $20 more. Kinda shocked. Otherwise, perfect.
