We were far from home when our car started making a horrible noise. Luckily, we were able to find JR Car Repair open on a Saturday and willing to take a look at it. As soon as we arrived at the garage, they took our car for a test drive and then moved cars around so that they could put it on a lift. They found the problem and fixed it for us right away and for a very small fee. We were impressed with their customer service and mechanical expertise and wish that we could find a business like this in our home town.

I w used this garage a couple times now and I love the fact that I have a reliable, knowledgeable and affordable car repair just blocks away from home! Best experience in this garage! My elderly Mother and I were traveling from GA to NY and then to MA. We call it a blessing in disguise for breaking down in this town. It was recommended by a few local residence to take my truck to JR care repair and we are so happy that we did. my alternator let go, so I was loosing battery power, my heater died and it was cold and my truck was taking in cold air. My engine and batterie lights came on. JR and crew seemed more concerned that we were broke down and how cold it was for us without heat.they fixed everything on my truck plus topped off all fluids. he wanted us to arrive home safe and sound. I recommend this garage 100%. These guys are kind men too. I was pleased when I saw the bill being extremely reasonable. we went back with gift cards out of appreciation. Wendy and Lauretta

Came by Friday due to my brakes failing. I was told to come back on Monday. I mentioned I would be by Saturday with a friend's car, would that be ok? Was told yes. Came by Saturday between 9am and 10am- no one was here. Came by Monday at 9am- again, nobody is here! If you gonna say you are open at 9am everyday, then be here at 9am everyday- geez!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They don’t know what they are doing. They forgot to hook a hose back up in my car. Told me my catalytic system was bad when in fact it wasn’t then they told me it’s my upstream o2 sensor. Check engine light has been on 3 different times since taking my car here.
