Charge the wrong card after specifically gave him the right card number now I have to call and deal with all that tomorrow. It’s not that hard to follow instructions.

Started using this business for propane heating fuel at the end of 2022, when they were still Southern States. Now they're Freedom Ag & Energy. Their delivery driver is as nice a person you ever want to meet. Their office staff seems somewhat incompetent. I don't like the word Freedom in their name because they don't offer much freedom in ways to pay for your propane. They insist you get a John Deere Finance account for fuel billing. Why can't I just write a check?

I have never before done any sort of review in my 40 yrs but Linda the receptionist at SSC in Stephens City is unperfesenal, condescending and just rude. I needed a problem of being out of gas fixed and all she did was give me a run around instead of simply fixing my problem. It's not my problem you only have one driver, it's not my problem it's been a chilly winter and Ive used more gas this spring then in the past, and it sure as hell ain't my problem yhat after march you don't fill up tanks till summer. She said July/August. You need to offer your busy clientele a solution asap instead of a run around. A simple "oh, honey we will be out as soon as possible" is all I needed to hear. We will be finding a new gas company unfortunately due to Linda being so rude and unhelpful when all I want is my gas filled so my children and I can be warm.Sincerely SamanthaP.S. this review is not on the company as a whole only towards Linda.

Great prices inside but fuel prices are a little on the high side. Also a great place for propane tank refill, very cheap prices on propane.
