They are fine as long as they are getting your money. I had a storage unit here for a few years. When I called with questions about closing out my unit I was met with hostility and the lady with white hair hung the phone up on me in mid conversation. Very unprofessional. I moved out on new years eve day around mid afternoon. I went to the office to formally close out but NO-ONE (I repeat)NO-ONE was in the office. So I called a friend of mine who just happens to be an employee there and I told him, hey man I'm up here at the storage unit and I just got all my stuff out-- I said nobody is here right now but I would appreciate you letting management know on Thurs. when yall open back up that I moved out so I don't have to pay that $85 for the month of January. He said OK no problem. Anyways fast forward to Thursday. They were closed for New Years Day so the next business day was Thurday the 2nd of January. I went in explained to management the situation and needless to say it feel on deaf ears. I was told that they were in the office all day new years eve and the employee whom I called to relay the message basically his word was not good enough. Regardless of all that I was charged another month anyways. Like I said I was in the unit for around 3 years never was late making my monthly payments and in the end can't get the benefit of the doubt. Go figure that. All I can say is never again. BEWARE!!!!

We went here to pick up a Uhaul. The service was superb - best I have experienced in a long time. She quickly got our paperwork done, explaining each step along the way, and gave us multiple tips and pointers to make our experience better. Would rent from here again without question.

My wife has been using a storage unit there for 16+ months now. I have consistently paid their monthly bill shortly after receiving it. For February 2021 they sent out their invoice late on 8 Feb 2021 saying payment past due 1 Feb 2021 and added a $10 delinquent fee. I called their office during normal business hours to discuss this matter. No one answered the telephone. In essence they are billing me a $10 delinquency fee because they did not get their invoice to me on time for the February 2021 payment. So the question is, " Is this an honest mistake on their part, or is it part of an effort to increase their bottom line for what maybe a lean month? ". Since they did not answer my call, I am left to guess for myself. Food for though.

Need Light up Push button keypads..these keypads are very hard to push and at night time u hv to have a flashlight to see it.

I wouldn’t recommend, VERY poor customer service. The lady I spoke with was beyond rude and had a very poor attitude. I asked for a call back for availability and when I never heard back, I called them back and the lady very rudely told me they had none to rent at the time and that’s why she didn’t call back. Wouldn’t recommend!!!
