I blame this on the fact I think it was getting close to closing when i came here but there was a decent amount of attitude toward my presence. I understand it was close to closing but you can't be rude to customers because they will end up making worse reviews than this in the future. (Before I get bullied for a bad review I work in retail as well and in a customer facing position too)

Wow some of these reviews about customer service are really something to see. You want them to interact with you and all you have to do is say hello, and they are all over conversations. I have been coming here for so many years they know me, my occupation, my vehicles, my family. So to say they are "awkward", "rude" are all self statements from your lack of communication. Because you do not know how to spark a convoy, don't degrade a small business's chance to survive and thrive by belittling their business. Jose, Casey, Janelle are GREATTTT people. They have survived when most of the others in area have closed the doors. Let that sink in for a minute. They survived because they are the best vape shop in area. Thank you cj's for all you do randy(truck driver)

They always have the best flavors for disposable vapes around. They have the best prices as well. It’s hard to find a place that has as many options for what you’re looking for - along with the best prices! I usually buy 4-5 at a time. The other day I had an issue with one of the vapes I purchased and messaged the store and immediately got a polite response. I went in the next day and the issue was resolved with no questions asked. Definitely a regular now! Thank you guys!

I love CJs I’ve been going there since they opened yearssss ago! They have a great variety of products. Literally everyone who works there is awesome and I love Janel and Casey they are great people. Janel has become one of my best friends. I can promise you they will never be selling any fake products either! You can always walk in there confidently knowing your getting real, authentic products. I recommend CJs to anyone and everyone. I’ve been to both locations Inwood and Stephens City. So if your on either side of town, you can pick whichever is closer to you and either way you’ll love both!

Walked in and felt at ease immediately. Clean store. Well organized. VERY friendly and helpful folks! The owner and a salesperson answered my questions and even dumbed the answers down for me, which im GRATEFUL for as this was my 1st time. They weren't busy (which needs to change folks!!!!). THEY HAVE HOUSE MADE LIQUID!!!!!!!!! Im looking forward to going back!!!!! Thank You for all the help and conversation!!!!!!! Let's keep these folks in business AND shop local!!!!
