I received the absolute best service what I thought was just an oil change ended up with my car needing a new battery as well I called to explain my situation and the service department literally said once you get your car jumped come on up and we will take a look I was like wow that’s so cool ,, they definitely took care of all my car needs oil change and now a battery placement ,, just an incredible staff all around very friendly I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them just a great service department hands down ? 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Warehouse Auto Repair is an absolute lifesaver! My toddlers and I were on a road trip from Suffolk, VA to Ohio to visit my Pappy, who was hospitalized after a massive heart attack. Talk about a stressful situation! As if that wasn't enough, our car decided to join in on the chaos by making scary noises whenever we hit 50mph.
Thankfully, Google led us to Warehouse Auto Shop and we are glad it did! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by Amanda, the sweetest service manager ever. She not only listened to our predicament but also went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of.
And let's talk about Bill the mechanic! Despite being busy, he dropped everything to come to our rescue. In no time, he diagnosed and fixed the issue, getting us back on the road to Ohio in under 30 minutes!
While Bill worked his magic, my little ones had a blast in the waiting room, thanks to the toys. It's the little things that make a big difference, especially when you're stressed out on the road.
I can't thank Warehouse Auto Shop enough for their exceptional service and genuine kindness. Even though they're a bit of a drive from our home, we'll definitely be recommending them to everyone we know.

Amanda, Jeremy and the entire Consumer Auto Warehouse Team are amazing. They are knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Our battery went bad and they were able to get a new one delivered and installed within one hour! Thank you so much!

They did 2 vehicle inspections for me the other day.. They didn't seem to be in a rush, but the people there were friendly and patient. I will come back for more inspections.
