I'm have a issue with my mail carrier not shutting my door on my mailbox after working 12-hour shifts I got to come home and pick my mail up made several complaints to the post office like four nothing's been done mailbox being left open even left a note on that twice mailbox still been left open can anyone get me in the right way to get this issue resolved..This problem been going on for 2 years I'm very upset with the mail I've been getting in the last 2 years...8/7/24

Called the main building in Staunton, VA 6 times today and nobody answered. I scheduled 2 pickups (yesterday and today) and nobody showed up. I run my small business from my home and depend on USPS to pick up my packages. There must be someone new on my route cause my usual postal ladies would never leave me hanging to dry. I'm hoping this was a mistake and it never happens again.

The service is good and people are friendly to but the operating hours for both Staunton post office locations are ridiculous! There are people in Staunton who have jobs and work during the day and the operational hours are not at all workforce friendly… great for those who are retired but not for anyone who works 9-5. Wish they would change the hours !

The incompetence here is truly astounding. I needed to send information to a multi-billion dollar corporation, and according to the post office, they can't find the address. Had me send it to the wrong zip code. I go home, verify in four ways that I had the correct address to begin with. I go back there, and same story, can't find it. I put the verified correct address on it, and then the clerk writes the incorrect zip code on it right in front of me. Absolutely useless.

Rude rude and rude especially the mail carriers!! He has been known to skip out mail box completely and this is totally unacceptable behavior !!!

Staff here was very unhelpful. I was basically told I was out of luck when I needed to see the post Master and asked "what I wanted them to do about it". Very frustrating.

My daughter tried to pick up a package & cotrina was extremely rude from the beginning she ask us for a slip witch we did not receive one she then asked for a tracking number when we gave her it that’s when she brought on more of a attitude saying it wasn’t a tracking number to there post office as I proceeded to ask some questions she rudely cuts me off saying next customer please very unprofessional & rude

Ignore the other negative complaints. This is easily the best post office you will ever visit... the only one I've ever been in without lazy staff and poor attitudes... everyone here is pleasant and polite at the counter... in and out within minutes EVEN if there's a line...nice and big without feeling like you're going to catch a disease from someone. This should be the model post office for all others... kudos to whoever is managing this place.
