Another update! They lie when they say they’ll discuss over email.
Updating this a year later because a friend complained of the same guy doing the same thing. It bothers us enough that we’ve started going elsewhere whenever possible because we don’t want to be talked down to when we’re just trying to run errands. “turn up your brightness” “needs to be brighter” “are you sure you’re actually turning it up” and inevitably he scans it and it works fine. As my friend says, “it’s just his little thing he wants to do to exert power over others and feel superior”
Guy was rude and told me I needed to turn up my phone brightness and didn’t believe me when I said it was as high as it would go. Then he interrupted me when I began to explain that it was probably overheating and would meet a minute to cool off. He made me show him my settings so I could prove to him I know how to adjust my phone brightness. Then, when he realized I wasn’t an idiot like he thought, he finally scanned the QR code and it worked on the first try. Maybe some customer service training would be in order?

I was in the store to return an item and I assume it was the store mgr shushed me while I was talking to an employee because she was on the phone. Mind you, I’m not talking extremely loud and I’m answering the questions of the employee assisting me with my return. The employees are respectful and kind but not this woman. I couldn’t believe she had the audacity to shhh anyone.

This is the first UPS store I've visited in over a decade of using their services that charged me for a single piece of tape and printing a label. I've been to many UPS stores across the East Coast, from NY to DC and beyond. The employees here were unprofessional and unfriendly, with poor attitudes. I would not recommend this store unless it's your only option.

This is the worst ups store ever they are rude and have a terrible attitude if I didn’t have to return stuff I wouldn’t come here despicable humans work there they should be ashamed no stars deserved here but had to give 1

Don't recommend going here. The manager was nasty to me and my family when I asked for their customer support number. They then gave me their number instead and after calling and hanging up they harassed me with a dirty voicemail. Oh also this was over a little peace of tap for an Amazon envelope bag and he wanted to charge me $5 for it. That’s the same price I paid almost for the item I was returning.

Employee vacuuming around customer's feet! So unprofessional! Had to yell to be heard! Won't be back. Plus they gave me 3rd degree to mail a PKG! Had to show drivers license and give life story!

They always make everything so difficult and the staff is so unhelpful I have to use there services because of where I live if I didn't have to fo there trust me I wouldn't save yourself some time and hassle and use another store

Employee John Was extremely helpful, helped me start my print project from my home electronically (I live 50 Miles away in the Mountains). and then followed up on every step to assure me that when I arrived at the store my print job would be complete

I called today at 11:30 and the woman who answered treated me very poorly. My husband had a package to deliver to his work due to our driveway being unreachable and neither of us can figure out how UPS got that address. I called to see if this has something that happens often and she straight up said “I don’t know what to tell you.” That was her ONLY response. Thats not how you speak to people.

This place is so expensive and they don't have to be. They look for higher ways to charge you, knowing it's lower rates. Always looking to overcharge. I rather go to FedEx or usps. This place is a joke, don't come here.
