I have been a customer at F&M ever since I moved to Staunton, Va from MD. The people that are employed there are extremely nice, accommodating, and will always answer any questions I have. I am going to have to change banks because it seems that when it comes to bills being paid quickly, either by check or electronically through the bank, they are very, very, slow. Sometimes it seems as though the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. This month because my rent payment kept not showing up on the statement on line from them, I actually paid it three times! That's ridiculous. So, I will be leaving and moving to another bank ..... they need to be able to move things along a bit faster to keep up with the times. BB

They just fired and let go people that have worked there from 20 to 35 years just to save money! These people have worked and been dedicated to them and this is the thanks they get. Think about it, would you want to put your money in this bank.
