“Always fast and efficient, I have been going here for years.As a mom of multiple young kids, it’s hard to do the “adult” things we all have to get done, especially with car troubles/problems while toting around young kids. Here at Eavers they are very welcoming of families and even have tiny tires behind the counters they’ll let you use to help entertain your littles while you wait for your vehicle to be finished.Specifically Jordan (who’s been here for. ever.) has usually been the main one taking care of us. I have watched this man (over the course of hours) get cussed out on the phone or in person (sometimes both.) over problems outside of his control, maintain his calm, and always smile and be warm and welcoming to the next customers. He’s and absolute saint and super awesome to work with. I’ve genuinely never had an issue with any of the staff, and they’re not condescending either.Thank all of y’all for everything you do!”

“Jim, Judy and the team at Shenandoah Valley Diesel are top notch. I was passing through the area when I had a breakdown. I was five hours from home and needed some help. I called Jim and he was more than willing to fit me in immediately even though his shop was very busy at the time. He and his team diagnosed and corrected the issues with my truck and in less than 6 hours had me back on the road. While I was there the team was very cordial and helpful. The only thing I am unhappy about is that this shop is so far from my home. You cannot go wrong trusting your diesel with this shop.”
