This is a critique for Toyota not the dealership, I just.paid $1164 for a new headlight on my 2017 Toyota Prius. This is unacceptable- the whole assembly had to be replaced rather then just the bulb . What is Toyota thinking?.It was bad enough with my 2007 Prius it cost me over $100.00 then because you had to remove the front bumper to replace the bulbs. I did this 4 times on that car. This is my last Prius.

Accidentally put diseal in my car on the 1st day of a long road trip. Had it drained, but had check engine and hybrid malfunction lights on. Was able to get to the dealership. The crew had my car checked iut and back on the road in under an hour. Big shout out to Stephanie and the crew. Thank you for all the help.

Even with an appointment I waited two hours just for a diagnostic. No other work was done. Won't be going back to have the work done.

I drive 70 miles to get my cars serviced here because they treat you like family, they don't try to pull any of that sneaky stuff like other untrusted dealers do. I love McDonough and would recommend this dealership whether you're as close as Harrisonburg or as far as Winchester, trust me, it's worth it.

Ok my son's tundra truck bought new had 3 wheel bearing go bad on the passenger side the first with in the first year the second one shortly after the first year the third before the second year. They replaced it twice under warranty the third time they wouldn't repair it. Now this is after they had it brought in twice to look at by different people but still refused to fix,no real exploration. After that I replaced it my self I found they had used the same hub just pressed a bearing in it and from what I can tell they never replaced the seal which would keep water out of the bearing. So even with my love of Toyota I would not use this dealer again. They also wanted 800.00 to fix,I replaced it for less than 150.00 a big rip off
