“This summer I was visiting Staunton and had an unexpected slow leak in my tire. It was near end of business time, and other shops didn’t answer my call. NTB answered and encouraged me to come right away. I made it before closing and they agreed to fix it on the spot. While I was waiting, another customer called in with an emergency, and I heard the front desk guy talk to the tech and they agreed to stay open for that customer too. It was extremely generous of them and definitely felt like friendly small-town service. Thank you!”

They completed repairs at a reasonable price and helped me deal with a warranty company that ended up being a scam. They did all of this for no cost, making phone calls and filling out paperwork simply as a favor. I cannot recommend this business enough. They are genuine individuals who offer a service to the community. I have personally seen that they stand by the products that they sell. If you talk to them when they’ve recommended an expensive repair they’ll give it to you straight and let you know what you can do to prolong the life of the vehicle so you can put off that repair as long as possible. Don’t treat you like you’re stupid, and don’t charge extra just because you’re a woman. Love these guys!! Great prices too.”
