Imagine getting a sales pitch every time you walk into the grocery store… my third time there and definitely my last. We get it, y’all make a ton of money selling memberships, but those of us who don’t want it, don’t want to get harassed about it every time we’re there.

If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer service of any place I have ever been. My wife and I will be canceling our service with them on all 3 veh. I definitely do not recommend this place.

My kids beg to go through the car wash on a daily basis. We drive 20+ minutes for this specific one because it's the best in the area! I'm getting my 3 year old a monthly subscription for her birthday so we can go whenever she wants ?

I was beyond satisfied with Tidal Wave Auto Spa. I took my truck there and received great service. Moreover, the products were great, and I enjoyed the accessible vacuum. The workers were kind and cheerful. Overall, my truck looked fantastic succeeding the wash.Service: Vacuuming

I really was so pleased with the service I got here, I have 2 vehicles and bought the unlimited package. They went up on price in September and the service is poor now and some of the vacuums don’t half work. I guess because they don’t have enough staff to cover everything. I hope it gets be soon!

Tidal Wave is a very well run, elite car wash. We’ve tried others in Harrisonburg but this one is by far the best! The staff is professional, friendly, and competent and we received the best wash—perfect!!!!!

I have used several auto washes throughout Harrisonburg and Staunton and the Tidal Wave in Staunton has by far been the best car wash service. I only wish they had one in Harrisonburg. The staff at Tidal Wave is friendly, they take the extra time to spray and clean my front grill and windshield before going through the car wash to ensure all the bugs and grime are off the vehicle. Great place, customer friendly, and great wash.Services: Vacuuming

A shady company who unknowingly signs you up for a monthly membership and automatically bills the credit card you used for a single wash. I highly recommend you take your business to a local car wash and not this greedy business.
