Let me start by saying this, I loved Glenna’s work. She does beautiful lashes. However, every time I went to get them done, she was running behind. I didn’t think much of it, I continued to book with her. That was until last month, when I booked an appointment for a full set before I went into labor. She texted me and said she was running behind, as usual, I said that was fine. I waited outside of her house(where she is operating out of now) for an HOUR. She ended up texting me saying that she got an important phone call and asked me to come back AFTER I pick up my daughter. Despite being extremely irritated, I was still polite and asked for my $50 deposit back, since I had waited over an hour at this point. It’s now almost October and I have messaged Glenna FIVE times and still haven’t received my deposit back. At first, she was “looking into it” but now she is just ignoring me at this point. This is so unprofessional and just plain wrong. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I took my son for an appointment for a haircut. I had another style cut in mind and she kindly informed me that it wasn't a suit. After she explained why i was glad she didn't just go with the hair style I was set with. We had a friendly conversation which made it feel like I had known her for years. She made my son feel super comfortable. He walked out with such confidence and loved his new cut.Service: Kids' cuts

The owner took my request in on very short notice and was very kind to me. She did a great job on my eyebrows. I will be returning and recommending her establishment.Service: Eyebrows

I’ve been going to Glenna for a long time she does a good job and I love what she does. She does everything I want done. My husband loves my hair when she gets done with it of what I want done. I won’t go nowhere else that to her.

Eyelash extensions is what I paid to have done. The cost was $150 it took six hours arrived at 5 o’clock did not get done until 11. The lash tech was very nice but super hyper and loud. The outside appearance of her house was not a pleasant one for business. Also, she took multiple trips to the bathroom. She fumbled a lot with her tools it took her super long to install three eyelashes. I ended up with very thin eyelashes that actually started to fall out as I was leaving in my car the next morning it look like I had lashes for three weeks with the gaps and loss of volume worst experienced yet, I do not recommend this service at all

Glenna texted me 45 minutes prior to my appointment time and asked for me to come several hours later. Then did not reply to any of my texts asking if she was canceling or rescheduling. Pretty unprofessional. Even worse, there is another review posted where she did this but even worse to another customer. I definitely do not recommend this business. If you do schedule I would not schedule with Glenna.

I went appointment with Glenna at 10am. She asked me to postpone to 11:30am then I have to text her back to make sure our appointment was still @ 11:30am because it was 11:45am and she didn’t keep her word and ask for postpone 12pm then 3pm and finally she arrived at 3:45pm. I felt so disrespectful and I would never come back this place ever again. So unprofessional!

I rarely leave reviews but It’s a must ! Her salon is the best vibe. She made sure I was comfortable through out my whole service. I love my lashes ! And not to mention she is very flexible and accommodating.

I just moved back to the area and did a Google search on hair salons. Tried out this place walked in no appointment was greeted with a warm welcome and Glenna made time to cut my hair in-between appointments. Very friendly and professional and the hair cut was great too! I definitely recommend her hair cut service.Vince

If you’re looking to get extensions, take your time and business somewhere else. I originally got my extensions and they were NOT blended at all. Glenna said she would text when they came in and i ended up having to text because it was close to a month later. i went back another time to try and get them more blended and they still weren’t. On the other hand - hair felt very fake and cheap, almost like plastic and would burn and smell really easily even on low heat with a heat protectant. They were very thin at the end, and almost looked like i had done nothing to my hair. My appointments were constantly moved back and i had to change my entire schedule because of it. If i was supposed to come in at 4, i would get a text 20 minutes before asking to come at 5. My extensions got very damaged in the water and matted super easily, I tried to text Glenna to see if she could fix / take them out, she wouldn’t answer the phone. Not professional at all with the way she talked about customers/ previous workers with her before, and honestly felt like a scam. Take your time somewhere else and get some better quality hair extensions. I spent over 700$ at this salon, and I couldn’t even get a response when my heir was in crisis. I ended up going to another stylist and I will not be back. There is a reputation at this salon for using fake hair, even tho I was told it was real human hair. Real human hair would not burn off and smell like plastic everytime i tried to curl my hair.Service: Hair extensions

Glenna is an absolutely amazing stylist but she can do more than hair!!! My eyebrows are impossible to master, yet she mastered them. 100% recommend her for all your beauty needs

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment for two haircuts and she didn’t show. I’m mostly upset because I did wait ( after she said she would still becoming) and then she decides she’s not coming at all. Schedule with another company if you want to make sure you can actually get your hair cut.Service: Haircut
