I engaged this company 6 weeks before my deadline. They failed to make it. Their communication was terrible, not accountable for anything. Owner is retiring and leaving business to employees- whom seem to need better/some/any guidelines on how to have happy customers refer you business.

I would go somewhere else. I wanted to get a double pane glass replace in my window. 5 weeks later i call to see if in yet. I drop it off and pick up after they close. Window was measured wrong but installed it anyway. Took it back for re measure 2 weeks later i have to call to see if it was in. Yes all they needed to do is install and i can pick it up. They didn't even have the frame. They need office staff that knows whats going on. Will never use them again.

Local small business. Friendly, competent, and reasonable charge. Because they are a small shop with a large order book, get in line early to do your job.

Everything is a big problem with these folks, and they seem very uncomfortable with custom installations. Disorganized and not customer-oriented. I finally had to use a company with more expertise.

I asked them to frame a US flag as they would a screen, an unusual request. They jumped on it and got it done that same day. It looks great and I appreciate their "can do" attitude.

Not very knowledgeable about custom shower enclosures. Not customer-oriented. Suggest you go somewhere with a better attitude and more expertise. I found a better company, and everything went smoothly.
