I went to Staples to find decaf Green Mountain Coffee. I could not find any, though I looked hard. I asked the sales associate if they had any Green Mountain decaf and went back and looked while I waited at the register. He bought out two boxes of Green Mountain decaf: regular decaf and one hazelnut decal to choose from. I bought one of each. The associate was friendly and knew exactly where to find things. I could tell this man enjoyed working at Staples and helping people. This was a great visit and the Green Moubtain Green mountain decaf is delicious. We had hazelnut decaf this morning. What a cup of coffee!

Staff wasn't friendly, shouted at me from 10 feet away instead of walking over to the counter to assist me. The other employee too busy doing other things to realize I was at the counter. Then just wasn't polite in general.

I wanted to take a minute to thank Donna and the print service staff at Staples. Donna is kind, patient and willing to do whatever it takes to help complete a project the right way. I appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help and hope Staples knows they have valuable employees going the extra mile. ?

Every time I come here I get ignored, No, I’ll be with you in a moment! Today there was six people working on one person’s order, and six people waiting. They are also always go out of order definitely not first come first serve!

I went to Staples in Staunton today (6/27) at 11:30am to get a wireless keyboard. I knew what I was up against before I entered the store. I needed to ask a few questions about these items and could not find a sales person. I asked the cashier if they had a sales person on the floor anywhere. He said the closest thing we have to a sales person is the guy at the tech service counter. The tech guy stayed on the phone the entire time I was in the store. Basically I never got waited on and left to go to Walmart. I could have gone to Walmart to begin with but I knew no one there would know anything about keyboards. I chose a store like Staples so I could get some knowledgeable assistance in selecting my item. I guess to get any assistance at Staples you would need to make an appointment. They NEVER have any help on the floor. You are basically on your own. I noticed as I walked out that the parking lot was practically empty. Is it any wonder!!

$40.00 for a plastic binder at the Staunton store. Found the same thing online for a FRACTION of store cost. Shoulda shopped online in the first place instead of wanting to support someone’s business.Staunton store selection is meager. There was a nice young man who was on his second day as salesperson. I hope he isn’t as rude as the “whatever gender” that was training him today.Hey boy, you ought not to call old ladies they.
