Brian was so helpful and courteous! I ordered in store and the service was fast and efficient. Brian gave great recommendations! I also ordered again over the phone and my order was ready to go on arrival same day. Personal service and a great selection!

Hours on google show them open on Sunday, the photo posted here shows winter hours that include Sunday. I drove from north of Harrisonburg just for this and they are closed. Several hours of my day have been wasted.

The manager was rude to me twice. Once he told me to bring a photo of the paint label to verify the paint. Another time over pricing. His attitude is not friendly or supportive.

EXCELLENT customer service, Very knowledgeable and guided me through the painting process since this is a first exterior for me. Great selection and great paint! This is the first time I've used Sherwin Williams and I'm sold.

Staunton va 24401 Greenville ave store managers are ignorant. I’m a Painter and customer of 20 yrs put 1000s of dollars through this company over the yrs and that ended today after the altercation with both store “managers “. Will never use this company again will take my long list of customers to a more respectable company from now on. FYI this is over priced valspar. You will get a much better product elsewhere.

My husband and I had a great experience in the Staunton Store on 4/24/21. The sales person did a great job matching the color I wanted and was friendly. He took care of us quickly and has us on our way in no time.

The customer service was great. The staff answered my questions with good information about the paint, which helped me plan my paint project. I also appreciated staff carrying out the gallons of paint to my car. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

I stopped in the Staunton store this morning to find a oil based roof paint. The gentleman working was not very helpful, was condescending and a chauvinist. I may be a woman but I am smart, I did a lot of research including consulting with 2 of my roofing friends. Anyhow, I left unhappy with the encounter with that gentleman and went to Waynesboro where I had a great experience getting the help and paint I need. Thanks John in Waynesboro for taking the time to talk to me, not at me. And one last thing. If your sentence starts out "no offense but"....then you probably should stop yourself and not say it.

Excellent experience at the Staunton Sherwin Williams. Brian has always been very helpful.He was on vacation when I visited this week, but Paige was also very helpful. I appreciate the customer service they provide. Thank you.
