I get many of my dog supplies from Petco, and decided I wanted a a small aquarium for small tropical fish. I chose Aqueon MimiCube 1.6. It says right on the box that it recommends Swordfish, Guppies, and Gouramis. I brought it home and got it all set up. Next day I went to Petco to buy the fish and they refused to sell me any of the recommended fish because the tank was too small and it was against store policy to sell fish when the tank was too small!! They offered to sell me a Beta which I did not want! They wouldn't give me a refund either even though the advertising on the box was incorrect. Stay away! I will get my pet supplies somewhere else!!

Their grooming is just dangerous. My dog, a sweet, well mannered, shih tzu, was seriously injured after being groomed here. He was injured so badly he is having difficulty walking. He won't go on his walks. He is refusing to eat. I had to take him to the emergency vet. I can prove he was fit as a fiddle before his groom because he went to the vet on Monday for his regular annual appointment and was perfectly healthy. Once I picked him up, he was injured. They are denying all responsibility. The fact remains my dog was healthy and not injured before his grooming appointment. Then was seriously injured afterwards. Something happened. They need to pay for his medical care. There training is 5 stars! I took my dog here for training. The young lady did an amazing job. It just 8 weeks Theodore's anxiety was greatly reduced. He does so much better during car rides. He does charge and bark at squirrels during walks. He isn't barking at people during walks. He is such a more happier, calmer, and more confident dog. I can't thank her her enough for what an amazing job she did.

I go to this store frequently. The store is always clean and the staff always greets me. The staff are friendly and always helpful as well. Even in this time of Covid where product is often unavailable this is not true at Petco. I have always been able to get what I need for my pets.

Booked an appointment online and was notified that they were unable to accommodate my dog due to his size (he's a Great Dane). Their only resolution was for me to drive 20 minutes out of my way to another location. Apparently they advertise they can groom a dog that's my dog size but that not the reality as they did not even offer me another appointment at that location for a later date or time. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE A LARGE BREED DOG as they cannot accommodate them.

Pretty awful. My pup didn't look good, or smell good. For $60, I expected more. This was my 2nd visit. My first visit with same pup went great. He looked good, smelled good, felt good. This time None of the above. Not to mention, when I returned to pick up my pup, I had to wait for a floor employee to come in and get my dog. So my dog was left alone in the cage room for how long I have no idea. I suppose at Petco it all depends on who you get vs not having to be concerned about the "who" part. I assumed all techs were trained the same and kept the same standards. Silly me huh. Never again.

I have been going to PETCO getting my papillon groomed for years. Jessica is who takes care or my papillon and she does a wonderful job!!!!!! I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!!!!!!!

Well to start off, as soon as you walk in you greeted with a rotting smell. It's a pet store, I don't expect it to smell like yankee candle or anything, but wow it was nasty. I had a question about some fish, so I searched the store for someone to help me. I found a worker just standing there on his phone. I asked him for help and he rudely said that Tom could help me. This man didn't look like he cared about anything. He was clearly pissed to be working there. Then Tom came over to the fish area and he looked like he either just woke up from a nap or was high. He was no help. Overall, the two workers here couldn't care less about their customers. Lack of customer service, lack of products, and overall a bad store, this place needs some help.
