I usually don't leave bad reviews, however, this experience deserves to be rated at NO stars whatsoever!
I called prior to going to see if they had my battery in stock and they did and they were also able to install. My battery had died so i was able to jump and head on over
Within 10 minutes I arrived and went into the store. I noticed two workers at the time. Albert started to help me asking what was needed. I replied, " I called a few minutes ago and someone said you had my battery in stock to install." Albert: "Who did you speak to"? Me:"I have no idea" At this point, I'm thinking why does this matter? So, Albert proceeds to help another customer at this point. After helping two more customers, I'm still standing at the counter. Meanwhile, the other worker is helping a customer that came in AFTER me. Patiently waiting for Albert to acknowledge me after 25 min, another customer comes in. At this point Albert asks ME " what type of vehicle and size engine"? Me, not knowing from the choices, go out to my car to get my manual and bring it back in. I don't see the size so I'm thinking, maybe Albert could go outside with me and take a quick look. NO SUCH LUCK! Another customer is helped and we decide on a battery at this point.....pause...10 minutes....Albert brings out a battery and puts it on the counter. I'm thinking, YES, progress! NOPE...AN hour has passed and I am about to say some after being very patient. Another customer even said "do you want my brother to put your battery in?" I graciously said , thank you, but I haven't even paid for it".
Finally, I speak up and say to Albert, are you going to help me???His reply, " ma'am, i cannot leave the desk. YOU have to be patient!" You have to realize that there are other customers I need to get 1st, THEN, I can help you!! I proceed to bite my tongue, walk outside to my car and start it(luckily it starts). I go back in and the other worker who has finished installing the previous customer's battery walks behind the counter and I shout out, " I need to pay for my battery, so i can leave this place and take it with me"!! He says, I'm sorry, rings me up and asks if he can take it outside for me? Yes, that would be great!
Long post, but beware, make sure you ask someone how long it will take BEFORE you waste your time!!!

O'Reilly's to the rescue! My car wouldn't start, but Asst. Mgr. Clark quickly diagnosed a dead battery and presented multiple replacement options. When the installation proved challenging due to my car's computer system, the manager stepped in to ensure a seamless fix. Even though the store wasn't busy, their service was top-notch and efficient. Clark's expertise and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. Five stars for O'Reilly's - they'll have my business from now on!

Very helpful finding me a battery, and installing it. When it came time to pay, he took my debit card inside for me so I didn't have to get out of the car and go in, as I use a walker. A nice extra touch which I really appreciated ?
