An outstanding shop with a highly trained and skilled staff. They overhauled my 35 year old Rolex making it look and run like new at 1/3 the price of Rolex factory service. They also did a superb job reconditioning a 120 old family heirloom clock. I would trust them with any future repair needs without reservation.

This shop has been closed usually when I venture into downtown to walk around at night after dinner but was open this past Monday when I was walking around antiquing and having lunch. I poked my head inside to find it's small inside with a counter to bring your clock or watch to have it inspected and the majority of the store is actually behind the counter where they do the repairs and work. I was greeted very quickly by staff and offered assistance if needed but I browsed the clocks on the walls and looked at those in the display cases out front. They primarily focus on repairs of old watches, very historic ones, so if that's what you are looking for - you've come to the right place!

The drive here from Ruckersville was WELL worth the time. Walking in to the shop is tantamount to stepping onto the set of a Harry Potter movie! The staff was very helpful, even though they could not fix the broken watch. The owner answered all my questions and advised me on what the best course of action would be. I highly recommend them.

I had my Rolex Submariner serviced there. Also used them to clean and service my wife's Rolex. Excellent work at a reasonable price (compared to sending it to Rolex in Dallas or New York). Will use them again. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great shop and service! We brought in our watch to be fixed and it was done in less than a minute. He also took the time to entertain my daughter with a very unique music box.
