“I went in to get a case for my Galaxy s23 and they had more than 50 cases to choose from. , all different colors and styles. I also ended up with a new screen protector because I liked it better than it was currently on my phone. They have a huge amount of products for phones and tablets too.”

I am so glad I decided to put that theory to the test with the Staunton location. Ian and staff were extremely helpful going above and beyond to help figure out a very complex new order & billing situation and they did it with a smile. “This week I had to deal with the almost-always-aggravating ordeal of upgrading my phone. Although I live close to Staunton, based on these reviews, I went to the Waynesboro store 40 minutes away (they were great). :-) On my third visit (no one's fault, just the process) I decided to duck into the Staunton store. My experience was the polar opposite of most of these reviews. Everyone was friendly, communicative, and helpful. I even had a humorous banter with one of the employees who asked me how I was doing (great) about who was having the greater day. I couldn't have asked for better service. Nary a scary piercing in sight — just smiles.”

I came up here to cancel out the last review I wrote because when I actually showed up to the store, and I understood very quickly the day he was having. He was new he was overwhelmed and well, so was I in at the time, my redhead irish blood was over boiling! we both should have handled ourselves differently however when it was over the manager paid out of her pocket so that my phone did not get turned offWe make mistakes, but this store owned it in,made it right. “I have had good service at the Staunton Virginia WalMart. I recognize that, like most WalMart stores, there is a shortage of employees to accommodate the large number of customers. This is not by any means the employees fault. That would be a management issue.I also had a very positive experience with the Staunton WalMart Pharmacy.I transferred several prescriptions from out of state and was able to renew and pickup my medications within hours. I appreciate good, reliable service.”
