I thank Mike, the Pharmicist, for helping to save my life in September 2023. I was having heart failure and my doctor prescribed a new medication for me to start immediately! This was a Friday evening at closing time for all doctors offices. The first medication prescribed was the best one but I couldn't afford it. Mike studied my files and had my doctor approve the less expensive medicine. Then Mike called my doctor back and had him give me the loading dose. I did exactly as my doctor and Mike told me do and today my medication is still working Thank you, Mike, I am forevergrateful!

Soooo tired of waiting my entire one hour lunch break just to pick up my prescriptions. I go a week sometimes without my meds cause I can't wait an hour in line and they close at 7 so our schedules just don't work anymore. ?

Worked in the pharmacy part time for couple of months, the patients were wonderful, kind and often frustrated which was understandable and I worked with some good people but… the company in itself I would never work for again. When I go in there and get my medication refill I have much respect for the people working in the pharmacy it’s a hard and frustrating job at that. You would have to work in one to understand, if have to I will wait for medication. The four stars are for the employees pharmacy working their butts off.

I called in 2 prescriptions on the 18th of November for my husband because I had to have surgery on the 21st and when I called last week they said that they were filled on the 22nd. I went in yesterday to pick them up, had 8 people in front of me and none of their prescriptions were ready. When I got there they told me that they were working on 4 prescriptions and I told them that the one I didn’t need. I ask them about the ones it said was ready on the 22nd and she told that I didn’t get told that. My husband has been without his one prescription for over a week. But they don’t care

I have been going to this pharmacy for 15 years. Today is my last time I'll have my prescriptions "filled" there. The electronic voice prompts tell you your prescription was filled several days ago but when you get there (wait in line forever) you're told there not ready yet. I am done!

The drive thru is never open. I had to go inside and ended up spending almost 2 hours in a very long line!

Amazing customer service, techs and pharmacists often going above and beyond to make sure you get the help and info you need. Incredibly efficient even when short staffed; staff are always very patient and willing to answer any questions I might have. Very pleased that I made the switch to them from Walgreens.

My husband went to pick up my Rx"s today, we received the notification they were ready for pick up. When my husband returned home with my Rx's one was missing. I tried and tried calling them but no one answers the phone. Sometimes you have to wait in very long lines and now they have shorter hours. Guess I may have to find another pharmacy.

Don't go here. I had an antibiotic called in here on a Saturday. I went to pick it up on a Wednesday. It wasn't ready. They had FOUR days to get it ready. They refused to do their job. They were combative to me when it wasn't ready. They told me it wasn't their fault my medication wasn't ready. While there may be circumstances outside there control, it is their fault. They told me to wait 30 minutes. This is not acceptable. The lady behind me had 7 prescriptions not ready. Some were previously called in. Half were not. She was given a 30 minute wait as well. This is a disorganized and poor run pharmacy. Go somewhere else. Don't go here. I assure you; I will NEVER go here again.
