I would give zero stars if I could however in order for people to know the truth I have to leave one star that this place doesn't deserve you think people are stupid however we pay more attention to things than you think you all never moved the truck there was grass on the tire that would've fallen off due to the rain not to mention not only did I and the owner know exactly where we left the vehicle the tow truck driver also noticed the vehicle was in the same position he backed it into while I pushed it and cussing doesn't solve anything but I guarantee you all that is the last 100 bucks you get from us you all didn't do anything I doubt you all even started it you can't say you actually took it into the garage when three people know it hadn't been moved how low can you get don't take your vehicle here you will be charged for them walking by it apparently total rip off and waste of money and time if you didn't want to fool with it you could've just said it instead of costing us 180 for nothing true you all charged us 100 but we had to move it elsewhere to someone who actually wanted to do the job which costed us 80 not complaining about the towing service that guy is wonderful but what you all did is unforgivable don't waste your time or money

I have been going to Jenkins for all my car needs and they get my car done in a timely manner and Dickey is so sweet and nice every time I call to get my car serviced, he gets me in the same day.

Received threatening phone call saying my car would be towed if I didn’t pick it up and then was hung up on! It’s 4:03pm, I’m at work. My phone rings, I say Hello, and I male voice says, We’re having a great day at Jenkins Automotive. I paused and said Hello again and he repeated himself, I then said, OK? The male went on to say I’m calling about your car and you need to pick it up before we close. Understand they close at 5pm. Again, I’m at work. I get off at 5 which I responded to let him know I was not given prior notice to make arrangements to leave work early or get a ride down there within the next 50 minutes… The male became extremely rude and said if I don’t come get it he will have it towed! I explained again, I’m at work, just like you, I also have a job and don’t get off until 5. He asked what time I go to work? 7:30. He said we open at 7, if you’re not here by 8 it will be towed! I tried to reason, explained I tried to pick up my car twice, but he wasn’t hearing any of it! So the day service was rendered I had someone go by, pay for the service and get the keys, made arrangement to pick it up when I got off work… after 5. Upon arriving I see my car in the back of the building and a truck is pulled in front of it so I can’t get out. This is Monday, July 3rd. I left a bit frustrated seeing my car was in the back of the building, unlocked, and deliberately blocked in. Taking a chance I go back on July 4th, they were closed which leads us to today, July 5th and a 4 o’clock call by someone who was extremely rude, didn’t care that I had made attempts to get my car and stated again, get it by 8am or it will be towed! Granted my car is old, 1997, but it’s not a piece of junk to me, it’s my car.

It was my first time coming here and it took them no time to do my state inspection. They were very friendly and reasonable.

If you appreciate having your car in driveable conditions, I would recommend going somewhere else. My car has been in and out of Jenkins Automotive for over two months due to the neglect of their mechanics, lack of communication, and extremely poor customer service. My car was brought 1/19/23 for a cracked timing belt, and the mechanics negligence caused irreparable damage to my engine, leaving me, a full-time student, to miss school and has caused immense stress on me and family's life. Jenkins has left me stranded at midnight on multiple occasions, has unprofessionally left another customer's keys in my vehicle, and has tried to return my automatic vehicle as a manual-only vehicle. The customer service has quickly turned from seemingly nice to short, argumentative, and defiant. I paid $900 as a full time student for a seemingly day-long repair and have been left disappointed in a local business with over 20 years of service at their disposal. Please do your research before leaving your car in their hands. I still do not have my vehicle.

The worst customer service ever! I asked for an oil change and the man told me to ask someone else and walked away. They asked another mechanic to do an oil change and he wouldn’t answer for several minutes and just sat there. Then shouted “You know I’m not going to do it!” Then they relayed the message and said oh he can’t do it. So unprofessional. I’ll never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Completely ripped me off. My car was there over a week with them telling me they couldn't diagnose it because it wouldn't run for 10 minutes because they had cleared the codes. Charged me 84.00 for NOTHING. Had to tow it home.

inflated price from Goodyear website so order from Goodyear and have delivered to them. $15 per tire upcharge by them is ridiculous and they would not honor the online price of their corporate website

Haven’t even got the tire yet and I’m already dissatisfied, likely won’t be getting the tire either.I have an odd tire size that no where seems to have, I called these folks and say they could have it in by today and they did they called and said they closed at 5. I’m coming 30 minutes away with a vehicle I can’t drive so I’m trying to find a way just to bring the WHEEL itself to have the tire put on. I called to ask if I made it there by 430 if there would be time. I couldn’t even finish my sentence and I was rudely cut off, I’m not sure if the guy didn’t realize I was just bringing in my wheel and not the whole car or not and on top of that the tire is damn near off it already so that was one less thing to be done. I’ll go somewhere else.

Lousy service. Made an appointment, dropped off car and they didn’t work on it. Wasted my time and didn’t even acknowledge it.On my previous appointment they failed to fix my car properly. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
