We was very pleased with the service we received from the Jackson Hewitt tax service in Staunton Va.!!Larry and Deb are a great team and work very well together. Scheduling and handling our taxes was done in a professional manner but yet they both are very personable. We will use them again next year!

I really liked it! My husband and I normally go to the one in harrisonburg, but the guy that normally does our taxes retired so it's the first time at this branch. It was great experience and really nice people!

You know I do not want to bad mouth any one or any place of business but I can tell you from experience that Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is a very dishonest establishment. Do not trust the company or anyone that works for them. The owner CHRIS POTTER hides behind his dishonest employees, LACY DRUMMOND FOR ONE, and will not even answer me. Do you people really want a company like this handling your taxes! Do not trust any of them.

Doing our taxes with JH this year was super UN-COMPLICATED! It took all the stress off of me going through the grueling work of understanding certain tax lingo preparing it myself. I absolutely enjoyed my time with Teresa, with her friendly smile and tax knowledge. It was a pleasure this year. My husband says this young lady is very valuable to the company, she deserves a bonus ?

Teresa was a big help with helping us through our taxes. She was able to tell us what was needed and how we should adjust our withholding on paychecks. I enjoyed her energy and the environment overall. I will be returning next year. I’ve been going to JH for 4 years now and Teresa definitely has made it to where I come back next year.
