We had a 1:00pm.appt with Susan Cantrell today and it's 1:15pm and she is a no show and no one working the front desk to ask. Terrible, no consideration for people. Very shabby run!

Took over 3 months for them to file our taxes. We did not have a complicated situation, we just kept getting different tax professionals who "forgot" we were their clients.

What a great experience! We were able to get an appointment easily in the busy tax season! The staff was friendly and very helpful! Revonda especially made the time to answer all of my questions! It was great to have someone to talk to face to face! Better experience than TurboTax and no hidden fees like they added this year! Will definitely come back next year to H & R Block! Thank you!

If you aren’t trying to spend all day here, don’t go here.They make appointments and don’t follow them and take other people before you when their appointment is after yours.Not only that but the people are rude and act like they are better than you.Horrible experience. Going somewhere else next year.
