28 N New St, Staunton“We stayed in a suite at Patrick House that was both comfortable, quiet and a lovely decor with antiques and a canopy bed. It was a bit of a climb from the reception/breakfast room in the heat but worth it. Try the strata, which comes with fruit and a tea bread like lemon poppy. If you’re going to Shakespeare, be sure to get your tickets through them as there is a discount. Ross is a wonderful host.”

222 Jefferson Hwy, Staunton“We needed a place to stay for the night and researched other hotels in the area. We saw glowing reviews about Sleep Inn and we were very impressed!! Very very clean hotel! The continental breakfast is perfect for a quick bite: eggs, bagel, yogurt, waffles, biscuits and gravy!
If you’re looking for a clean hotel - look no further! The beds were very very comfortable. Keeping this hotel in my back pocket if we’re in Virginia again!”
“Aside from my typical expectations of a Fairfield Inn (which are always, and in this case, DEFINITELY exceeded!) I must say, after many hotel stays in a row, this was the first with a dedicated Gluten Free breakfast section. Not only is that fact amazing and appreciated, it was also delicious! Great staff, clean rooms, where’s the 6th star option?!”

“First the downside; No microwave in the room.Ice is only on the first floor with buckets that I am not certain are cleaned or not by the dispenser.Upside;Fairly new hotel with unexpected amenities. There is a pool, gym and business center. A nice reception area with a surprising breakfast available with fresh coffee and all juices. The rooms are comfortable in size. The rooms have soap and toiletries by the sink and in the shower. The beds are comfortable and well made. Everything is reasonably clean. I am immaculate so I notice intricacies like dust on the molding and soap dispensers. However I would say that it is clean without concern. The only other housekeeping issue that I noticed was on the elevator door and floor. I did notice there were contractors staying there so maybe they just were dirty. All of these observations are for you to make an informed decision.”
“No frills motel, but clean and quiet. Traveling thru , so we needed to rest and keep moving. The bed was a little uncomfortable (hard) , probably just used to our own. Great water pressure and all the hot water you want. Just off hwy 81 , so the location is great. And a great lil German restaurant right around the corner from the motel! Gas stations and more food right across the road. Overall...... a decent place to catch a shower and rest up overnight while traveling thru and the cash deal was 5 stars..... $75 dollars for my wife and I .”
“The room was very well appointed: kitchen was well-stocked, bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had all needed amenities. It was a perfect location and allowed us to walk into town and enjoy the restaurants and shops. We had a great snack and drinks in the Bistro on the first level. There was some music at night, presumably from the restaurant below, but it stopped around 11 PM. Fortunately that didn't bother us but it might be a consideration for people who want an early night. We would definitely stay here on a future visit to Staunton.”
