Alexandra was amazing! She walked me through my watch issues & advised on future purchases. Although I do not live locally, I have friends who do, and I will recommend these jewelers. If this is the caliber of service, I wish they would open in Lexington, KY.

Alex and Isabel were very friendly and assisted me immediately with an odd request. Alex was able to switch some charms over for me in store to a new chain that required more expertise than I was able to do myself due to taking apart links. Highly recommend them for your jewelry needs!
