I’ve always passed by this store when walking to my favorite downtown stores and soon I look forward to going into it. My friends all have great things to say about it but I was just wondering if any of you would be kind enough to tell me if they sell crystals or gems? During a recent Saturday visit to see a play at the Blackfriars Playhouse, we enjoyed traipsing around the charming streets of downtown Staunton. This shop, Harmony Moon, exuded something special as soon as we walked in the door. Cool music, unique items on display, and a friendly proprietress made our time in Staunton even more memorable. (Back at home, we are really enjoying the items we acquired there!)

You notice the enticing aroma before you even walk in the door. Then the relaxation music makes you feel as if you're at a spa about to get a massage. This is a very unique shop with all handmade items. A great selection of windchimes and fountains, but it was the hand-felted birdhouses that really caught my attention. They also offer all natural soy candles, essential oils, and soaps. The lady behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable.

This is one of the coolest, funkiest gift and craft stores ever. The owner, Sally, is super nice and does lots of great things for the community. She hosts lots of community building events and has the coolests gifts and handmade fair trade crafts. Prices are reasonable and she can order neat stuff too. A must visit.
