Fantastic storage facility. Great location and very clean. Units are reasonably priced. The manager Breeann was so friendly and helpful. I bombarded her with questions about storage, moving, transport,etc. She had all the answers and was so patient. She is a rarity in today's times.

I grew up hearing horror stories about storage units and was incredibly nervous about having to get one two years ago. I had no complaints with the unit I had, but recently I needed to get a second, much larger unit at very last minute to hold me over til the end of the month. Bree was there for me every step of the way, and has provided some of the best customer experience I could have ever hoped for. From beginning to (the soon to be) end, EZ Self Storage and Bree could not have possibly made this journey easier. I cannot possibly recommend this place highly enough. This is a fairly new place . They didn't have the size Uhal truck we needed or a trailer to tow behind the one we got . They young lady working was very nice but not very helpful. She didn't have much to work with. The computer was even down for a while.

EZ Self storage has Reasonable prices.EZStorage sheds have a lot of room. The General Manager Breeann Wise is very Kind.

This facility is clean, safe and well maintained. The General Manager, Breeann, is informative, courteous, and excellent at her job. Breeann made all the paperwork simple and explained it so the average person can understand. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Very nice out of the line of sight so more secure. Staff are very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs. Really nice rv storage also

How great to have one’s expectations exceeded and in more than one way! Bree & Mayra as well as a gentleman I interacted with while renting a storage space for my travel trailer were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful not to mention extremely prompt in response to a request.

Simply wonderful!! we rented a storage unit when we were moving from New York to Virginia. We stored our stuff here for over a year and a half till we were able to buy a house. They always were great with communication and my stuff was great! No mold, moisture, And everything was kept well. You do need to make sure that your stuff is packaged well but that’s common sense for anyone. I would highly recommend using them, and I will in the future!

This company was recommended to me by another company.. So I called and went there and immediately got the storage unit I wanted. The young lady that helped me at the desk was SO NICE and guided me along the way. Within like 15 minutes I was all done and had the storage unit. Had this storage unit for 2 months and it was a Clean, Safe, and Sanitary Place.. Thank You

The office manager at this storage facility is a delight, she went above and beyond to help us with our move. Newer buildings, clean, 24 hour access with code, reasonably priced, convenient from Hwy 81 and the Woodrow Wilson Parkway.

Everyone I speak with at this storage unit is FANTASTIC. They know how to advise you and make it seamless. The units are well cared for and the security is top notch.I'm very very pleased with the service I've received and would recommend this facility with a 5 star rating.

I had a great experience here. I travel a lot for work and by far this storage has been the best! Great customer service and great new clean units. Definitely recommended.
