“One of the nicest 711s i’ve seen! It’s huge. It has bathrooms, that are really nice. It has great parking, easily accessible for the most part. It uses Liberty gas it looks like and has diesel. There’s a GIANT counter that has a huge like freshly baked counter with donuts, muffins, and croissants. Stopped here because of traffic, off exit 222. Much closer to the highway. Lots of treats! Has my favorite Dip&Dots and even spongebob pops.”

“I went to 7-Eleven on north Coulter in Staunton. And the staff greeted me as I went in . Ask me if I had a number to put in so I could get my discount on what I was purchasing. Very friendly young man.”

“Ladies bathroom needs to offer paper toilet seat covers. And there was hardly any toilet paper available in handicap stall. Otherwise, the store was clean and employee friendly. Worth stopping.”

“I had not had good experience since I had to get a new phone from metro. I came up here to cancel out the last review I wrote because when I actually showed up to the store, and I understood very quickly the day he was having. He was new he was overwhelmed and well, so was I in at the time, my redhead irish blood was over boiling! we both should have handled ourselves differently however when it was over the manager paid out of her pocket so that my phone did not get turned offWe make mistakes, but this store owned it in,made it right. “Having multiple Verizon cell phone lines for the family, Ive been to this store many times. The staff have been excellent, very kind, helpful and easy to work with.The only negative is that they are consistently understaffed and so I have been turned away two different times. Recently I was in there, it was only one person working the floor and about 5-7 customers in the store needing assistance. Even then, the staff member was very kind, efficient and helpful. If you need timely in-store assistance you may have to go to Charlottesville or Harrisonburg as the Verizon store in Waynesboro is not a true Verizon store.Verizon is typically the best cell service in the Shennendoah Valley, but T-Mobile can be acceptable under certian circumstances\locations. However its important to not fall victum of the budget "mobile virtual network operators" (MVNO) cell phone operators, like the ones you see advertized everywhere as low cost cell service alternatives. These operators dont own cell towers, they just piggyback on the major carriers and you WILL have inferior service, including lower cell tower access priority\lower quality (ex. frequent voice echo) than other cell phone users that are with the carriers that actually own the towers. The lower priority issue also applies to pre-paid cell services, for example T-Mobile says highest priority are post-paid (normal customers), followed by Google Fi customers, followed by T-Mobile pre-paid, followed by all other MVNOs. If you do go with an MVNO provider, at least understand why they are lower cost and why you may have tower access or other quality issues.”

“I was having issues with my sons Xbox controller, I had to go back a few times. It wasn’t the employees fault. Every employee I dealt with was attentive, respectful, and wanted to make it right. I always get kind of paranoid when I have to go back to the same store multiple times with the same issue, that I’m bothering them. They didn’t make me feel like that in the slightest. They fixed my issue, went above and beyond. I even purchased my sons Xbox series S at GameStop, it has been working flawlessly. It’s refurbished but it has been working like it’s brand new. I love this GameStop, the employees are amazing.”
