Some teller on the phone named Misty was rather rude to me. I don't need to be talked to like a child. It is not my fault 2 different tellers are giving me different information! First I had to wait until a transaction cleared now I have to wait 15 days past when it clears. Well, which one is telling the truth?

Maybe this was a mistake opening up an account here. I just moved to VA and just opened up me an account here, its been only 4 days. I came to cash a check and the young guy teller threw my DL back to me and when he gave me my money he acted and didn't want to touch me because of the color of my skin!!! Smh the world we live in. I will remove my funds and bank elsewhere!!
