The women running the register and counter, by herself, was the most proficient and polite professional I've seen in years. I spent 40yrs in retail and this women is the best. You should be so lucky as a company to have someone this excellent.

This Pharmacy cares!! Shelby from the CVS Pharmacy is the best. She went beyond what is expected to help me in getting the medication I needed. She was friendly from the start and had a warm and pleasant demeanor throughout the time she was helping me. Thank you Shelby! CVS is so fortunate to have you as a caring employee!!

Store is always clean an orderly. The pharmacy staff seem overworked but doing better. And I love their cvs care card and the extra care card make it a real bargain.

This is a fantastic store! They are always well stocked and clean as a whistle. I am crazy about the hard working and knowledgeable CVS pharmacy staff!! I actually go out of my way to go to this CVS because I like it so much!! Yes

I sorta like getting my medicine at CVS because of the saving coupon. But the drive thru take so long at least 30 -40 minutes wait. They need help or something.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Submit your refills online or over the phone, 3 days later they will still be "pending". You then have to call the pharmacy, wait on hold for 30 minutes, then force whatever employee answers to fill your prescriptions. Drop off a paper prescription. They tell you an hour. You show up 90 minutes later and they tell you the best they can do is 20 more minutes. They won't be ready in 20 minutes. They will be sitting in front of the pharmacist for approval......another 15 minutes. Now your late for work. Worst part is, they don't even apologize.....they act like it's your fault. I would go to another company but my employer forces me to use CVS.

Good pharmacy and the staff is much more accommodating than other pharmacies. The only issue I have is that you have to get on their do not call list or their automated service will bother you incessantly.

Very poor experiences here and Churchville Rd location, would have refills due and would call them in days prior only to show up on the day to pick up and they would tell me that they were not yet filled... "You'll have to wait 30 minutes" was often the story when I would have less than 6 hours of medication left and called in the refill 48 hours prior... WHY was it not done yet???... It shouldn't come down to the wire like that. This delay would cause me to have to make multiple trips wasting my time and my resources. The problems persisted and I began having to call and confirm they did their job BEFORE I drove across town to pick up my medication. Absolutely the worst customer service, there IS NO customer service, just judgmental minimum wage earners on a power trip who think it's their job to make your life more stressful. More people need to call corporate and complain about the way customers are treated here. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be part of the solution.
