CVS offers a range of services, including coronavirus testing for eligible individuals aged 10 and older at select locations, though high demand may lead to lab delays. While the store has been noted for its polite and helpful cashier staff, there are mixed reviews regarding the pharmacy. Some customers have experienced long waits for prescriptions and a lack of staff, leading to frustration. Although there have been reports of unfriendly pharmacy staff, more recent experiences indicate improvements in service and respect from employees. However, some individuals still recommend seeking prescriptions elsewhere due to negative past interactions. Overall, CVS is seen as a convenient option for household items but may not always meet expectations for pharmacy needs.
Does not carry wheelchairs for purchase or rent in-store.

I have a plethora of prescriptions from Johns Hopkins that I have filled here - until today. I am moving all of them. Promises are not kept, technicians have argued with me after filling a script for a year and say they don't fill it, rudeness from cashier on several occasions, and overall unreliable.

Never personally had a negative interaction with a staff member - everyone has been polite and helpful even when extremely busy. The pharmacy seems consistently understaffed so pretty long waits to pick up prescriptions.
